i debranded my u20i (was german vodafone). now i have a qwerty keyboard instead of qwertz. is it possible to change this without flashing a new firmware again?
Yes, it's possible to switch out the keymaps, I wrote a quick guide for switching out the qwerty Portuguese to qwerty English for the Brazil firmware here. It should give you a decent idea of what needs to be changed, I also recall reading some qwertz specific info in the debrand thread so you may want to check through that.

I have a Bell Atrix on 2.3.4.
I would like to know if it's possible to download the french language pack for the motorola keyboard,
Because it seems I just have the French canadian and that give me a qwerty keyboard instead of an azerty
Any possibility to download it or a french guy when the orange atrix become the GB update can give me a file?

I have no idea about blur-roms and the official motorola keyboard. However, I'm currently using Swype and just checked, it has an excelent AZERTY keyboard for the French language. I also type faster with it then ever before, perhaps you wanna give that a try
Otherwise, if you wanna go rogue, unlock that BL and install a custom ROM, you can always use CM7, as it also supports AZERTY on stock android keyboard

Just go to paramètres > Langue et clavier > Sélectionner la langue...
and select : Français (France) ( it means azerty )
For french dictionary, choose another Keyboard from market, for instance Smart Keyboard, then download a french dictionary for that!
OK but I would like to use the azerty keyboard with the French dictionary. Not an other keyboard
edit: the french dictionary seems not to be installed, and by choosing the french canadian it give me an qwerty even if I choose french for the language of the phone

Hello, I'm using ICS 4.0.3 [HTC HD2] and google keyboard is set to my lang -> Czech. But Google providing only layout QWERTZ.
No QWERTY.
It's big trouble. For QWERTY I need to change keyboard to English. But is not containing Czech letters and Czech dictionary.
I don't wont any keyboard from GooglePlay. I like Original ICS keyboard...
Can anybody help me ??

It's done... Extracted keyboard from CyanogenMod9 RC1 Rom -> Galaxy nexus -> Copied LatinIME.apk to system/app and delete old keyboard. It is Working Close please
Here is a modified keymap which let you use German keyboard layout (QWERTZ) instead of QWERTY or other layouts. Just flash it with CWM, should work with every rom.
