Does having your bluetooth on standby but not actively being used with a paired device drain a lot of battery life?

Bad battery?

Has anyone else had battery problems with MIUI? My battery is going from 100% down to 60% in about 3 hours with moderate use. And since flashing to 1.5.27 and Platypus my battery wont charge above 93%.

Try Battery Monitor Widget [3c]
I prefer not using an app for that
i think it even drains more your battery
And how am I going to know my battery temperature?

You say that as if it is actually important

Use battery monitor widget as recommended above. You can even set alarms to go off of it is over a certain temperature. Don't worry it won't significantly use any battery itself. It only logs what the phone is already monitoring in the background.
As to why it might be important, well prolonged use of the battery at to high of a temperature will dramatically reduce its life span.
Plenty of us live in countries where it could be an issue. For example if I use it as a GPS in the summer on my windscreen it will soon get too hot. It's good to know if I'm running into problems.

The battery monitor says that my battery life is good! Is there a problem with the battery? Shouldn't say very good

I experienced this weird behavior on cm10 ROMs. Now I switched to omega Aopk and the problem is solved. Stable, fast and no battery issues.

It's something normal. The system is calibrating the battery, as Android calibrates the battery automatically. Nothing to worry about
