unlocked a lg optimus T situation - Optimus One, P500, V General

I have an LG Optimus T and currently live in the US. However, I want to travel to Asia at the end of this month. Now my question is since my phone already have CM7 on it ( kernel version Thunder G) can I just go get the unlocked code, and put in it? Or do I need to revert back to the original LG STOCK ROM, unlocked it, and do the rooting again. Also, my camera isn't working at all since the day one after I put CM7 in it? Any good ROM so I can use my camera again? I tried camera 360, LG Pro but none of them work. Any "fix" around this. Thank you.

To unlock, I believe you must be on a stock rom.

[Q] Software Version

Hi
I recently got my LG P500 which is my first Android phone.
I have to say it's really awesome! Though it took me a whole friggin day to get the custom restore set up, it was well worth it
I am currently running the Void Mod and the new Kernel by mik_os. Both work great!
Now there is only the software version. I have the 10a version and I heard that the 10c (I have it already on my PC) would solve the +001 bug.
My question is: If I update do I have to completely wipe my phone?
Cheers!
don't install the V10C update. it solves 1 bug but brings home many.
you should wipe your mobile. anyway everything will get deleted. so wipe as a precaution so nothing.
PS: also depends which country rom you talking about. cause different rom solves different problems & offers new ones.
I am talking about the european 10c
So just to clarify: When I install the 10c (or 10a for that matter) I will always delete my custom rom, kernel, loose root and will have to do it all again from scratch?
Is it expected that Gingerbread will come with a new software version or is that a LG problem?
V10C cannot be rooted. So don't install/upgrade to this version.
How come it cannot be rooted? I thought impossible is nothing?
So lets rephrase my question to 10a...
When I install the 10a I will always delete my custom rom, kernel, loose root and will have to do it all again from scratch?
Thx

[Q] Need Help

I'm not sure where to post this sorry if I added an unneeded thread all. However, I needed to know if the Lg Optimus C from Cricket will work using some of the other Optimus Roms such as Optimus V and such. I know they are the same phones different carriers, I also know the source codes have to match for the roms to work (or something like that).
I am asking this question cause I plan on buying the Lg Optimus C, however, I don't want to buy the phone if I can use custom roms and themes and such with the phone. I know I can boot the phone into clockworkmod recovery, Just not sure if there are any custome roms on this site that I can use with the phone that will work with Cricket service.
I do have slight experience using clockworkmod and flashing roms using my Zio M6000 Cricket phone, but haven't messed with an Lg Optimus C at all yet.
Any answers to my questions would be greatly appreceated. Thank you.

Unlock Bootloader p769 20f

I have an LG P769 software version 20f (OTA) build JZO54K that I would love to put Cyanogen on. I have it on my p509 and I love it. My understanding is that I need to unlock the bootloader, flash a proper recovery image and then flash over the Cyanogen Rom. I did my P509 so I'm not a complete noob at this, it's been working just fine for almost 2 years however I've searched every where and I have a few questions.
Is it possible to unlock a stock 20f P769? (purchased the phone a week ago, updated it yesterday and it's 20f now. No idea what it was before that but it was brand new from Tmobile)
If it is, how do I do and what do I need?
Is Cyanogen 10.1 the newest of the Cyanogen ROMs I can use?
If I do successfully unlock it I can follow the CM 10.1 guide to get the rom and all that on there really I'm stuck now at Unlocking it. I tried the method in the now locked thread (before realizing people had found out it doesn't work)
Thanks in advance for any help, like I said I've looked in dozens of threads and can't seem to find a clear answer on the matter.
Have you looked here?

Australian d802t variant root and roms

Does anyone know what the deal is with the Australian d802t variant and root/roms/unlock? Can we use same info as standard international d802?
Sent from my Nexus 7 using Tapatalk 4
I dont think so
Been trying everything for the past few days, have yet to successfully install a ROM on the D802T. I think all these tools are for all phones but our version. I can't even get TWRP installed and it's the D802 international version, I know because I just tried, this is my third time, Tried everything I could think of, no luck. Autorec will get you into recovery, but once you leave that menu, you will just brick your phone, and you will need to flash the stock rom again.
If you find any ROMS that will work please post them, because I can't find anything that works apart from rooting. I think I may buy a phone from America next. Worst experience I have had for a phone I wanted to install a ROM on, never had this problem ever on previous phones.

LG P760 Stock

Hello. I decided to buy note 2 and want to sell LG OPTIMUS L 9 P760 to cex store. However, my question is about going back to stock rom.
I have installed stock rom and unrooted the device. However, I can still go to bootloader and the version is artas version because i used his kitkat rom. So is it bad? Are they gonna notice that?
Thank you very much
