Can anyone help me? I tried to install Dorimanx 7.26 and it just hung on the boot screen so I reverted back to 7.15.1 and now it also hangs and it even hangs on the boot screen with CF ROOT kernels!? Can anybody help me bring this phone back to life? It is on H3H 4.0.4 firmware.
Thanks
What ROM did you use before flashing the kernel. Have you tried reflashing your phone ?
I encountered the same problem before. I tried flashing dorimanx kernel to a ROM of which didn't support the kernel . Therefore, the phone could not boot up.

Hi, I tried installing a custom rom on my x10 mini pro. I did rooting, unlocking bootloader, and flashing custom kernel right (I also did it on my x8). I attempted to install gingerDX v31b under nAa 14 kernel. After flashing the rom and rebooting to system, the phone keeps getting stuck on nAa logo and then it restarts, gets stuck on nAa logo and restarts again.
I also tried flashing naa jb kernel and a jb rom, and i still get the same results. What could be the problem and how will I be able to fix it?

Maybe you got your kernel and rom from the wrong place. If you have an X10MiniPro make sure you get kernel and rom from the x10minipro section too, and not from the x10mini section. Although the phones seem similar apart from the keyboard, they do have a different digitizer too.

On which kernel are you now? If you're on a JB kernel, make a full wipe ( data,cache,dalvik-cache,system), install a GB Kernel and then install GDX. If you're on a GB kernel, also make a full wipe and then install GDX. Of course, make sure youre using the right ROM and kernel for your device.
Please press thanks if I helped .
hey guys i was over neatrom and i applied apollo kernel when i had dorimanx 8.43 so it gave me bugs and i needed to go back but when i flashed the dorimanx again it became stuck at full blue bar in recovery and normal boot modes ..so i flashed a stock lsd and then it booted with stock kernel ... when i root with a custom kernel like philz\dorimanx\speedmod kernels i get stuck at boot logo .. any solve :crying:
EDIT : solved by reflashing a stock sammy again and making a hard reset
guys, i am using C-ROM 7.1
i want to flash a secondary ROM. by default C-ROM has TWRP installed. i recently downloaded and flashed DorimanX kernel for dual booting options. However, after flashing the kernel, i am unable to start my device or reboot in to receovery. it freezes at startup and just shows the dorimanx's logo.
How can i get this issue fixed?
How can i have dual booting options on android 4.4.4?
please provide your valuable suggestions
thanks in advance..
I have a SII i777. I have been testing roms on the phone sense I bought it. I was testing C-ROM for Galaxy S2! [Android 4.4.4/Floating Multi-Window]. I was letting my phone charge. When I went to check the time I noticed it was in a boot loop. I booted into recovery formatted the normal stuff still boot loop. I ran Mr-Cook script rom whip, kernel whip reapplied the rom then the Gapp and then the shift kernel. Still boot loop. Please help i must be over looking something.
I suggest installing one thing at a time to isolate the point of bootloop.
Install i777-omni/slim/shostock (no gapps, no custom kernel).
-if bootloop, flash stock distribution as final test (a weak/damaged battery can cause a bootloop)
-if no bootloop, then wipe again and add gapps, but still no custom kernel
-if no bootloop, then add custom kernel
-etc.
