Can it be done? I've seen references to unlocking bootroom and rooting, but I'm pretty sure that's not it.
There's information on unlocking the original galaxy tab P1000. I'm wondering if it would work on the P7500

I was wondering if anyone had any guidance on rooting the Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE version from Verizon.
I was hoping for some sort of documented / verified process before starting on mine, as my experience with rooting Android devices is limited and didn't want to end up with a brick.
If anyone could post about their experiences with their Galaxy Tab 10.1 LTE I would greatly appreciate it.

anyway to get the original firmware for sprint usa galaxy s2?
Reason i ask is cause i was told to root my samsung galaxy s2 and followed the guide shown here on the site. Now the rooting went perfect but i didnt even realize/think that since this is the usa model its diferent from all the others wuth the buttons on the bottom, now after rooting the buttons dont work except the back button. Unless anyone here has another idea

Does anyone know if I can activate the Japanese model of the Galaxy S3 in the US on Verizon? I have some contacts there who may be able to send me one, and I dont want to upgrade from my Samsung Charge through VZ because I will lose my unlimited data. Also, will there be any issues flashing custom roms to this phone? I wouldnt think so, but Im not sure if there are any physical differences between the two that would cause problems. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

I have a question for you. I have a Galaxy S4 on US Cellular, rooted, with Team Win recovery and Carbon Rom. On my old S1 and S3, I could run Verizon roms without any issues. However, I've noticed with this phone that i have run roms labeled as being specifically for USC or my phone won't fully boot. It seems like about half of the roms here also have a USC version, but I'd love to be able to run all the roms
Does anyone here know a workaround for this problem?
This information is just from my own experience. Does anyone have any more intelligent insight?
Does anyone know why the S4 is more picky about roms than the S3 was? Is there something that can be unlocked?

Have you checked the Sprint forums also? I would read around, now that Sprint "owns" USC, things might be better for you over "there"
