[ROMs][08/10] based on Yuki&XBmod´s v2 with diff.Radios - HD2 Windows Phone 7 Development

Hey folks,
since the time of old WM6.5 i was trying out every "new" Radio files.
And sometimes it was really fantastic like the 512Mb 2.15.xx
So what about this gorgeous Yuki/XBmod Rom v2!?
Shoud´nt we try the different Radios?
So for all of you who wanne try it i uploaded my Rom´s with different Radios.
By the way i´m on German Vodafon Net!

Do they include the rom, if so what version, and will we need to upgrade?

they are the same as the original v2 Rom. You need to upgrade to Mango.
!!! Only differenc is the Radio !!!

Hey there,
I already installed Yukis 7720 ROM on my HD2. Now I wanted to install the ROM with another Radio, but after the first reboot after the setup I´m not able to enter my PIN. The phone won´t react on any comand expect taking off the battery. I tried to install Yukis original ROM, but the result is the same. What can I do to get the ROM working again?

Battery Drain
I am very interested to hear any experiences with these radios, especially in light of the battery drain. I am using the HD2_XBmod_Yuki_v2_Radio5.69.09.05a_22.50.50.21U - which was the one xbmod/Yuki put on the web before the current version with the 5.51T radio - and that one brings me an extreme drain. No more than 10 to 12 hrs standby on 3G and BT on.
Is it possible to flash the radio separately, or can it only be done by flashing the complete rom?

Since this is going to be a thread about individual experiences of different radios battery drain, wifi, bt, etc, it is worth noting as much information about the one you are using. I know this is stating the obvious but it would be a pain to have to reload it to check something. Also I read somewhere that battery drain only becomes stable after a full charge full drain cycle. (careful though you may over drain and not be able to start up (help is @xda))

At the moment i´m on HD2_XBmod_Yuki_v2_Radio5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U and i think it´s quite the best of them.
But as long as i know there is no way to flash the radio separatly.

...every time i flashed a new Rom i´use a full charged battery and till the update is complete it stays in the craddle.
Since there is no way to flash the radios separatly - by now - we have to try the hole flash of a complete rom.
I know it sucks to spent the hole time by flashing and updating!

@RobbieP: You are completely right as to the need of giving all relevant info. I think you can derive most of it from my post (Vodafone Netherlands, radio and usage/settings). My standby battery current was -100 and worse. Yesterday I switched of BT whenever not needed and that gave me -40 to -80, after camera trick. Today is better, around -10 (BT switched off, after camera trick) but sometimes -100. Do you want any other specific info?
@freaky01: what is your standby battery current on the HD2_XBmod_Yuki_v2_Radio5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U? With what settings?

How do you check the battery usage/current?
I'm using official Mango, with medium usage, can only lasted like 12hrs (~20%)..

And thees was the problem, i had incorect sofware radio (no! SD no SD)
you room whith europen radio works perfect to upgrade 7720 68

i am testing a rom with 5.52 radio.
And the stand by consumption is between -3 and -11!
With 3g and Wifi!!!
So if you wonna test it please wait till Saturday than i'll be back at home.

i had a lot a error trying to update original yuki xbmod rom.. and i gave a try to your... the result??? first shot... 7720 CLEANED!!!
i'm useing HD2_XBmod_Yuki_v2_Radio5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U...
flashed, connected with zune and updated to 7008, automatically update 7392... at this point no more update availlable... flashed prvisioning.cab... zune find some update... the updated directly to 7720... after this... 7720 clean update!!!
I'm without words... i would say thank you but i could only say: I LOVE YOUUUUUUUUU!!!!
p.s. i got a sandisk 16gb class 4... none error found... NONE!!!!!

Some feedback from PL T-Mobile
I have put on my HD2 device Yuki's mod with additional pre-mango patches (up to 7220). It was worked perfect except bluetooth (not working) and raised current consumptions (after changing radio to 2.14 from 2.15 it was slightly fell).
Now I have put a new radio firmware from this thread and now I have brick with fortunately Hard-SPL and MagLDR installed.
I used to reprogram following archive:
HD2_XBmod_Yuki_v2_Radio5.71.09.02a_22.51.50.21U
So, I am comming back to Win6.5 with 2.15 radio (don't have time to put a WP7 to phone once again..)
I am courious about your experiences with these radios....
