Is there a port of the full sense 3.5 found in the runnymede/XL rom yet? It appears the only thing listed in the development section is for the base barebones Sense 3.5....

Hi everyone, Crypt0night and myself working on a porting from sensation 2.08.401.1 (Sense 3.5_android 2.3.5) ..
at this moment many bugs are presents so we can't release a beta or an initial release cause the device is unisable ( no sound= no calling so it's a big problem for a device )
so be patient we work hard to find the solution to make the rom usable ...
if any dev wanna colaborate it will be very nice ....
so this thread is for an anouncement about working on sense 3.5 for GSM .. so don't worry we will got a sense 3.5 on our evo 3D GSM ..
ps : a last thing, sorry for my poor english .. and for any question u got the thread or PM me or Crypt0night

trust me guys the rom running great .. if everyone wanna know, no problem of resizing, GPS working good, 3G working, Beats added, camera working for picture in 2D and 3D with the switch button, 3D display work just after the capture (not in gallery), wifi work

the rom is unisable .. the rom ahevn't sound so u can't call anyone and nobody can call u ^^ ..
please note guys that i'm not expert in dev .. i've ask some cool dev before do this and i have support and also i work with other dev on this project so i'm not alone .. so we should make a good work together ^^ .. many rom on CDMA and a lil bit on GSM what's wrong lol .. i wanna say YES WE CAN

Ps what we already did/tryed to get audio working:
Replaced all bin files
Replaced every audio related lib
Checked every line of code in boot.img
Updated radio to latest
Updated hboot to latest
Debugging,debugging and debugging with logcat....
Strange part is there is almost non errors in logcat:s

Yes i was, only differents is that i only focused on audio bug and Will did more on the other bugs. I have Tested the rom and looks really good (except the audio)

I just installed the SENSE 3.5 GSM rom. "Shooter Beats 1.3". Is it possible to port zeus mod onto it? I tried flashing the zip for the other gsm roms, and it failed.
Any other options?

Someone had to port it to the sense 3.5 framework...should be possible in my opinion.
Don't have the time to have a look at it until my exams, but i think the development on sense 3.5 isn't also that far that's worth it.

Thanks! The greatest feature which I really liked was the quick access to the flashlight. I guess I can just install an app until zeus mod is ported :S. I think sense 3.5 is worlds better than sense 3
I'm new to the EVO 3d. Does anyone know if there's a possibility the phone will be updated to sense 3.5 and have beats audio out of the box. Crazy question but I'm just curious.

Only information I've seen was HTC and Sprint both announce the EVO 3D should receive the update to ICS (Android 4.0) early next year ... they both tweeted and the HTC page went to their facebook post. Sprint link went to their community forum.

Sense 3.5 doesn't suck at all if you use WTSB HYDRO ROM THE BEST AROUND.

I may try that ROM. Heard good things about it
OP, I'm 100% sure the Evo 3D will never receive beats out of the box, but honestly beats sucks, use DSP.
As for Sense 3.5, maybe we'll see that when we get ICS, but until then, you can get Sense 3.5 on some custom roms.
Was just wondering, once HTC finally update our devices to ICS, will developers be able to port over a fully working and bug free sense 4.0 or will there still be problems with the camera, etc?
Sense 4.0 looks to be a fair bit faster than 3.6 so hopefully developers will have all they need to port it properly.

Bug free? Probably not but they will be close to bug free.
I love sense 4 so hopefully it'll all be sorted but i'm not sure due to the camera problems which have plagued this phone.
I really didn't see these problems coming before i bought it, research is going to be top of the pops for me next time i upgrade.

I am 100% certain that yes, they will indeed be able to create a fully functioning, 100% bug free Sense 4.0 ROM for our EVO 3D's. The only problems now on the Virtuous Sense 4.0 ROM are Camera and Bluetooth, both of which will be incredibly easy to port over for the talented Virtuous team once an official ICS build for EVO 3D is leaked/released by HTC. I kid you not, if you don't need to use the camera or a bluetooth headset, that ROM is perfect as a Sense 4.0 daily driver.

Awesome.. That was the only thing I was unsure about (whether the ICS drivers we'll get well work fully with sense 4)

Yep...we probably won't see 4g working on the sprint cdma side.
Yea seeing the only official sense 4.0 phone for sprint is an LTE phone, I doubt we will ever see WiMax on a Sense 4.0 ROM.
I would be thrilled if their was, but no need to get hopes up

I was looking at Newt's latest ROM in the development forum for CDMA and I was wondering if it will work on the GSM version of the phone too? If not is there anyone out there willing and able to post something similar based on the HTC One X? I am on Rogers and we have already launched the phone...

Virtuous has a rom but as with anything over sense 3.5 the cam isn't working.
