i want to know if timescape can use on the cm 7.1
the xloud and Bravia Engine also can use on cm7.1?
anyone can tell me?
i hope so, the lack of the bravia engine seems to be noticable since i moved on to CM7.
while the screen is still nice to use, it's definitely not as vibrant as it was.
Ditto. Back to the blend rom/kernel as the screen is definitely buggy with cm7. Plus xloud seems more effective than dsp...

I don't think it will be ever ported to CM7 because it requires SE's frameworks which is not used in CM.

Firstly, don't use xLoud, it destroys your speaker.
Secondly, as far as I know, xLoud can only be used in stock based roms.
Thirdly, post ALL questions in the Q&A section.
Fourthly, don't post any questions in the dev section.
Fifthly, read the last two again.
no it doesn't xloud works splendid on on devices its meant for aka sony xperia phones

I agree, XLoud, is not louder sound, is actually louder and better, I really miss this feature on Cyanogen, actually I am really disappointed with the DigitalSoundProcessing in Cyanogen, compared to Sony Ericsson XLoud, it's a crap!
Use r-ikroot sound mod
Hey hey who said that xloud are for stock based roms only?.. It's alright to use xloud but don't use it all the time.. There is xloud on achotjans semc debrand engine and it is cyanogenmod based.. So if you want to help others.. Don't post anything that you aren't sure of.. No offence but I had seen xloud on achotjans debrand engine.. See for yourself.. Thanks..

It's any way to make xLoud working on CM 9 for LWW?
Apparently no.but you can flash aosp minicm lite ROM which has xloud..
DSP doesn't compare to xLoud
Sent from my WT19i using xda app-developers app
Xloud is proprietary software by Sony Mobile. You need a License to distribute it.
Some ROMs over here risk a legal issue by implementing it but the CM(9) team doesn't what is okay
You can use DSP instead.
It's possible to make phone loud like with xLoud with DSP?

yes it will be very loud, just a bit distorted ( personally to me it doesnt even compare to xloud)
i'm asking this from devs
i am familiar with editing framework-res.apk. i wanna know the codes and the place that i should add, to make my rom have xloud.
dsp is nothing compared to xloud esp. on lww.
I think cm10 have enough sound, like xloud...

DPS is much quieter in my opinion. Xloud is better
We already have Xloud, at least through Pimp My Rom:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1908269
I've tried both Xloud and Bravia on FXP 147 and they work without a hitch.

You can just hardly notice the difference in sound... And there is no option to turn it ON/OFF... Once you flash the zip... It becomes permanent with ROM
Pardon? I was using xloud on stock rom and when it's enabled, both speakers gain significant increase in sound and that's only a step up. Disabling it significantly reduces the volume. If this is another rip-off xloud then maybe it really won't work. It's obviously noticeable that in CM10, without xloud the speakers are quiet enough on one step in volume; well in any case we've got different phones mine is LWW.

You know there is a drastic difference in stock ROM and FXP CM10... My answer was in context with FXP CM10...
I know xloud provides great sound experience on stock ROM....
But on CM through pimp my ROM, one can hardly notice any difference
Hey, guys and gals,
Was wondering if any of you tested an audio mod (like, BeatsAudio, AC!D, etc.) with any sucess on a JB Rom. I tested AC!D with walk man addon myself, walkman didn't even open and AC!D didn't seem to make a difference to the sound quality. Then I tried to install Beats via aroma installer, but the files wheren't even copied onto my system partition. When I tried copying them manually, I got stuck on a bootloop. Yesterday, I saw Chuck95 say that he got BeatsAudio to work on JB. Have any of you done so? Could somebody please provide a link with a working version?
Thx

Thanks for the tip, bro, but I got a force close when opening AwesomeBeats after applying the zip. Also, I was more looking for a 'proper' mod, e.g. one that changes the audio files in /system partition to improve the sound, not just a themed dsp-manager

i flashed only acid 8 without walkman....and using player pro with its built in virtualizer.....sound is awesomely increased and crisp on my stock neoV:laugh: headsets
i cant understand how you can "feel" the difference. Everyone says it is awesome. I have seen no difference of such high level.
I installed noozxoide and it is the exact same thing! I have used many headpods and a cheap headphone. No huge difference. I have also useD my 2.1 audio system and well there is completely no difference with noozxoide and acid!. Just flash a walkman addon.

that is a rare statement i am seeing second time.......if you have installed acid 4 before....then it is impossible to see no difference apart from wrong installations...
i never needed noozoxide ....for me its crap.....walkman is slow and 35 mb size but worth it....
what we hear with stock sound is plain music....and the difference i saw with acid is.....high depth in music, and little un-needed bass
thx so much
Acid is great with poweramp music player afaik..
For me Linus Torvalds is the greatest man on earth
Man, acid walkman v8 never works for me. I don't know what's happening .
