Was wondering if any good senseless rom besides Scott's senseless rom.
Am using Scott's senseless rom right now its nice and stable .So i think thats the only one rom without sense. If any other XDA guildies know about any senseless rom for EVO 3D please let me know. Thanks
Depends on what exactly your looking for,
There are a couple of roms that got rid of sense, these include miui and cm7,
You also want to look for aosp roms, these are all senseless...
Smokin420 has a wonderful little tool that should remove sense from any rom you want search the developement thread for it.
I've personally tried miui and its pretty sweet, once you figure out all the lil tricks and shortcuts to stuff. They still have a long way to go tho. Miui will never have 4g tho, as it came from Japanese developers who have no use for 4g, and the camera was borked when i used miui(might be fixed now, might not be)

HTC widgets are admittedly cool, but since I started rocking Launcher Pro Plus, I've since stopped using them. The 4x4 icon grid in Sense was the dealbreaker for me.

i liked htc sense widgets but then i slowly kept swapping them out for "beautiful widgets" and "minimalistic text" widgets now i don't have any sense ones at all

Since it has been made official by Verizon not to update the Eris to Froyo I am now looking into rooting and using a custom Rom for my daughters Eris. What I need to know is are there any Roms out there that would still give you access to the HTC Sense widgets or one that allows you to still take advantage of HTC Sense the way it is currently on the phone? What can I say, she really loves there widgets and stuff!
None of the froyo roms incorporate HTC Sense. A great rom to look at is XTR SENSE. it's a 2.1 rom and is very fast and has all the glory of the HTC synch and Widgets.

Another option would be to use KaosFroyo and download beautiful widets. That can give you sense like widets.

+1, with the addition of launcher pro plus to get even more of the look. It has similar people, message widgets plus some more and you can even alter the dock to look like sense.
There is one or two devs that are working on a froyo sense rom but progress is slow going because of how much sense is integrated with the rest of the framework. If you want froyo I would use kaosfroyo or if you still want 2.1 the Ares rom works great. I would also use beautiful widgets with any of the froyo ROMs. Make sure you go through the threads and understand what you are getting into with rooting and using custom ROMs.

I chose v4.5 as my first custom rom and so far it's awesome. No problems getting it up and running, setting a stable overclock, and enjoying HTC Sense features.
I am starting to see things pop up like Real 3D for your HTC Shooter Based ROM, but I can't see what this "shooter" ROM is??? Can someone help me out here?

Let's see if I can try to answer this... the Shooter rom was ported from HTC Shooter by the Bamf team of devs.
One of the coolest things about it is that it has Sense 3.0, which obviously changes the current Sense UI that you see on Froyo roms. Many of the GB Roms that you see are not based off of Sense 3.0 but rather Sense 2.1 even though the devs ported some Sense 3 elements.
Originally HTC said the Bolt was not going to be updated with Sense 3. Thanks to Team Bamf, we're now able to use a full Sense 3 rom.
I am currently using the rom and really enjoy it. Battery life and speed (depending on the kernel) are the biggest pluses for me. Of course the new widgets, wallpapers, etc are also cool. Hope this answers your question to some extent.

HTC Shooter was the code name for HTC EVO 3D. Das BAMF has kindly brought over some of those nifty Sense 3.0 features to their latest GB ROM.
I cant believe no one has started a sense 3.5 rom yet...im excited for one!! Hopefully Virus gets on one for his next release
Honestly I don't think anyone gives a **** about fugly Sense 3.5, and that's why it hasn't been ported. Lol.

Agreed looks terrible, seriously what was htc thinking. ill stick to sense 3.0 look at the sheer beauty of it! I also think more are focused on miui and aosp.

Ugly?!?? U obviously havent had the pleasure of seeing or using it first hand..its beautiful and is a great update to sense 3.0 and actually has alot of 3.0 features just improved...I guess ill just wait and see if V does something with it

what youve seen is definetely not stock sense 3.5 and its not what evo 3d will be updated to the version of sense 3.5 leaked from the bliss is a heavily themed version of what stock 3.5 is supposed to look like it was themed to appeal to woman it is basically the doubleshot ui on sense 3.5 its what tmobile call mysense....and yes it looks very ugly idk what tmobile was even thinking

I decided to stop because unlike the doubleshot port it cant be resized since i havent been able to decompile the apks in the m10 editor to resize them....

I know its mysense..but i still like it..appeal to a woman? what are u trying to say? i know its not anything the evo 3d will update to but its nice for a change and worth a port...im sure alot of people will like it..look at the interest in the bliss port on the 4g evo..

You know, no sooner than I posted it I thought that. I've never used any of the 3.5 roms because of 3D and 4G issues so I'd never know.
But I also thought that Sense 3.5 looked more like what was on the Bliss not like Sense 3.0.

most 3.5 ROMs can be switched between "Bliss" and the "standard" Sense look. there's some with working 3D (but no 4G), and finally, no, it seems there's no way to hack it onto Sense 3.0 (it was tried when it first came out)

Some nice sense variations, hoping to have tons of themes for this phone as well, that's something that was seriously lacking on the 3D. We had a few people making some really nice themes, but I was spoiled by the OG Evo.

At least you can see other answers. Basically, go find an Evo user who upgraded to the LTE and ask them what ROM they were using, that will be their answer to your question.

Mikg 3. Loved it.
One ROM i ran a lot on my past two phones were the roms by kushdeck. I like that they were basically cm based without a lot of the bloatish aspects.
As for sense i ran the mikshifted roms on my evo shift.
I ran a kushdeck aosp ROM on my 3d, loved it. Hopefuly he'll do the same for the LTE
