Problems with xLoud - Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini, Mini Pro, Xperia Pro, A

Hello,
my problem with xLoud that i have to set it on every reboot. I'm on 283 firmware and rooted. It worked good on 368 and 377! But now its not applied after starting the phone. And when i apply it, sometimes it worked and sometimes only after tapping that option a few times on and off....
Anybody with the same problem or a solution??

I'm sorry to hear about your reboot problem.
You could check if you get the same problem using another SIM card in the phone. If you only experience reboots when receiving calls maybe it could have something to do with the SIM card.
If not you can try to reinstall the phone software using Update Service. Found here: www dot sonyericsson dot com /updateservice

Xperia S vibration disfunctioning

Hi,
My Xperia S suddenly quit vibrating at all, not for (text) msg's, incoming mail/sms etc, and haptic feedback for the 3
bottom keys doesnt work as well as that for the keyboard. Yesterday for some reason it stopped, but after a while it
returned. However, atm there's no vibrating at all again, which is annoying since I dont like to check everytime if I have a
msg or not.
I did not turn it off myself, and checking the settings it's still on. Furthermore nothing happened to the phone in terms of
mechanical damage. I did not recently (last few days) install new apps, but updated to firmware 6.1.A.2.45 5 days ago.
I dont think that has anything to do with the problem though, since the problem occurred only yesterday.
Phone software is just the original stock software.
Anyone recognizing this problem and perhaps has an idea on how to solve it? I'd be very thankful...
Thanks in advance,
Nanoxy
Send it to Sony to repair vibration.

Hm actually I hoped it could be some software bug... I wouldnt be happy to
send it to sony etc... too much trouble
Isnt there some code I can dial to check if vibration works at all? I think I read somewhere about it but cant find it now...
And, if I use "back up and repair" function of pc companion, and repair using a back up of lets say 1 week ago, will I lose any data?
I mean of course I lose things I did this week, but for the rest are there things I should know before trying this?
Same here ever sinceci updated to ics ( any chance you live in belgium too)?

The Netherlands, so close...
But well, total reset + restore with back up does not help... I find it hard to believe that its a hardware problem though...
how's that possible for no reason :s

Yeah mine worked all the time, but stopped working at a moment not close to an update...
besides, vibration is not AT ALL working... I cant even force it to vibrate after installing some
of those sad "vibrator" apps or whatever... I'm afraid the only thing I can do is let it repair, which totally sucks.

Yeah thats what I meant, but... if I choose vibration at "service tests" it wont work...
does that mean its just 'broken'?
Got the same problem with my Acro S ...
Same problem on my Xperia S. Ran the vibrator test without any issues - doesnt seem to be a hardware problem.
There's always something.

Sony Xperia S' vibrate and screen lock are not working.

[HELP] CM9 Proximity sensor

Hi everyone, i'm using CM9 ROM and i'm facing a problem with proximity sensor...
When in a call, the screen don't turn off and then it gets locked...
To end the call I have to unlock the screen and tap on end button...
Does anybody have the same issue?
I love CM9 ROM, but I always have to change to stock (since this is not the first or second time I see this), this bug really piss me off
Tried many kernels but the problem persist
If someone knows a way to fix that would be GREAT!

I dont have those problem too. Maybe sensor crash?
Tried to test everything and realized that even auto brightness is working...
Don't know what is happening here...
Tried to disable auto brightness to see if was some kind of conflict... Still the same

Xperia sola unresponsive screen

Starting from yesterday, screen started to behave strangely. Sometimes it doesn't register touch at all, sometimes it registers wrong area or when I long press the screen it does the regular press. This problem is not permanent through. After about 10 minutes when I unlock the screen, it works fine, then it starts to behave strange as i described. Also relocking screen and waiting for some time "fixes" the issue. What is causing this? I am on Wolf rom 1.2 with experimental 9.1 kernel, I already reisntalled rom with wiping data, but problem persists.
Please help!
I have the same problem dude, try to flash stock ics again..
Sent from my MT27i using xda app-developers app
Well, I was going to do that, but I tried everything before it, including fixing permissions through CWM and it helped! Now screen is working normally as it was before!
