Hi this is my second thread
About this but is there a app that lets you use your phone to control your tab?

I'm not positive, but can't you do that with VNC?
If not, my apologies.

Not sure if this has been done or not, but if there was a way we could use our android phones as a remote for our tablets to control things like the music player or set up to mimic of the tablet interface on the phone (this probably would be an ICS software trait I would think). I want to mount my flyer in my car to bluetooth my music to the headunit but would be nice to control it from my phone that sits in my lap.

Hello,, on previous stock firmware if you watched a video or looked at a picture it allowed you to play to a Samsung tv. First you had to click the tv icon then you were provided with a list of available devices to play to
Now if you press the tv icon it plays to the tv automatically, no option to choose
Is there any way to change this, it's really annoying because sometimes I press it accidently and it's annoying if I'm in a different room and somebody is watching tv
Icon I'm referring to

Turn your Wi-Fi off.
Failing that, don't press it!

Hey everybody! I just switched from gingerbread to jb and I turn up the volume and I see that I can control all the volumes, which is cool, but I only want to change the sound for media and not ringtone and anything. So is there anyway to only turn up media like it is on gingerbread.

Not that I know of. I've had this problem too. But JB is worth it.

It will default to sound when media is playing. But no, I don't think you can change it without changing the actual ROM build.

Make sense but since I just either have notifications on or off, it'd be nice to have it like gingerbread

This may be a question to ask the developer in the specific thread that the ROM is updated in. or at least search in the thread to see if anyone else has asked.
I've been looking everywhere for information about this. I'm getting a Note 8.0 soon and was wondering if I could get a mouse with this. I'm buying a Bluetooth keyboard for sure and was wondering if I could use both at the same time. So my questions are:
- Can you use any Bluetooth/wireless mouse on this tablet?
- Do you prefer Bluetooth or wireless?
- Can I use both at the same time?
- Will using both at the same time eat my battery?
Thanks!
