I have a problem is that the update to the ks9 deodex me build.prop shown in KS2.
I understand is that I have the KS2.
with which the file was services.jar udpate.
I can not ask in the post of [UPDATE] DEODEX + ROOT - it `s easy! by Lovetz to clarify why the KS2 build.prop shows instead of ks9.
I think I will make with the program xultimate deodex the ks9 and again raise the services.jar so that when you patch me or tell me how I can do. I do not understand what Neldar say.

I have stock ks9 with cf-root but it's not deodexed. I don't want to lose all my data just to get a deodexed rom. Is there any way to use bln and your patched services.jar if I don't deodex?

Just delete service.odex with Root explorer befor you reboot with pached service.jar.

I think you need JDK though. Anyway i've a hunch the services.jar from another firmware might be actually the same so if you have a backup see if the services.jar patch for the available firmwares can enable BLN? If not then that's too bad, you'll need to patch it.
I also tried to see the difference bettween patched file and original one. However, it's hard to see. It's better if we have a guide, maybe from other phone but I cant find any guide
It's just replacing some lines if I'm not wrong, that will allow notifications to access hardware button lights.
Can you try? Backup your services.jar and then flash the patched one from another firmware. I do believe it will work. If between versions it doesn't work then it might be between revisions..

I ported THeMyth based on stock rom We have stock ks2 and stock ks3 so I have TheMyth KS2 and KS3 Maybe there is no big difference

I've created a deodexed ROM from stock XWKL1 firmware.
Its rooted with ChainsDD and BusyBox added.
The freedom of custom with the stock touch...enjoy!
Installation instructions :
1. Copy the ZIP to your sdcard
2. Flash via CWM Recovery.
3. Do a wipe data/factory reset if need.
4. Enjoy

Main problems I had when trying to deodex XWKL1 with dsixda:
Voice Search, Maps, and Phonesky (the new name for the Market APK) would not deodex. This was solvable by:
Pulling VoiceSearch.apk from XXKI3
Pulling the updated Market APK from a working device and replacing Phonesky.apk with it
I didn't bother with Maps because it can be installed from the Market
The remaining issue I have:
On my device, when I press the Back button to exit from video playback, the video player hangs instead of exiting. It seems to be specific to my attempt at deodexing with dsixda.
Edit - Two major issues with your post:
1) You should state the base in the thread title
2) Your release is broken - you didn't bother to rectify the failure of the Market APK to deodex, and as a result, there is no Market in it.
However video playback is working, so it's time to figure out why that isn't working on my own deodexed device.

One bug got to be known today is that Phonesky.apk (Market) failed to deodex and it is not included in the ROM. However, you can install market manually. See attached file.
Report back if you have problems.

nop. the latest are LA2 and LA4
question to forum mods. should this be in original android development or in android development ? I say this cause I have a few odexed deodexed roms myself and I use the android development instead of original.

Deodexed market is a hard thing to find. Now even more because its Google play. I'll try to fix them in the ICS version.

I have used xUltimate to deodex. It works but takes a bit to complete. Be sure to follow the instructions as written.

If it doesn't work,and u will get not enought space ... delete some files from system/app to make 40 MB free space

ADB = Android Debug Bridge
It allows a computer to communicate with your Android device , with the help of a miniUSB cable .
This is where you can get logcats and dmesgs easily

No it doesn't the rom dev decides if it will be odex or deodex. You can unzip the rom and look it see if it has odex files or you can read op of the rom you wish to flash(dev's usually say what it is)
