you did wrong thing mate
as far as i read on xda direct flashing froyo on gb would **** up phone...
you need one particular rom which need to be flashed so your bootloader stuffs go back to normal

As per my knowledge if ur downgrading u can't use one package for that.......for downgrading u should have all files ie..PDA, modem ,....etc....I too had same problem I used a froyo package with each file and flashed my desired Indian froyo .......you can search in Google "how to downgrade to froyo".........btw downloading is that u have posted above..

I Used The Method In This Thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1075278
Downloaded the firmware and the kernel
format data/factory reset
then format cache
went to the download mode
closed kies ( using task manager)
opened odin
didn't check re-partition
started and this is what i got:
<ID:0/006> Added!!
<ID:0/006> Odin v.3 engine (ID:6)..
<ID:0/006> File analysis..
<ID:0/006> SetupConnection..
<ID:0/006> Initialzation..
<ID:0/006> Get PIT for mapping..
<ID:0/006> Firmware update start..
<ID:0/006> boot.bin
For 30 min or more till now
Anybody know a solution?
Thanks in advance
If you did NOT check repartition and did NOT select a .pit file then you are safe. Then you can just try again. Or try again with a different rom and/or a different USB cable.
Sounds like the tar file you downloaded might be corrupt. Try downloading it again, and once you've done so/unpacked the tar, use 7Zip to test the integrity of the archive. If it comes up all files OK/no errors then that isn't your problem.
What variant of SGS2 do you have & what country/carrier ?

Thank You Both So Much... Problem Solved.. Nothing Was Wrong In The tar file..
What I Did Was ( Incase it happened to someone):
-Switched It Off While In Downloading Mode
-quickly removed the USB Cable And The Battery For 5 Min <<< Yes Quickly, I Ama A Noob XD
-Went In The Recovery Mode: Formatted Cache 1st Thn Formatted Data/factory Reset
Switched It Off After Formatting.
-Opened It In Odin Mode
CHANGED THE USB PORT ( I Think It Was A Crtitical Step, Thanks To Lennyz1988)
- Opened Odin And Tried Again, Boot.bin took 0.0001 Sec XD
Thanks You Both Really So Much

Guys,
I've tried to update my Android's firmware from v2.2.1 to the ICS rom.
The issue started when I've tried to flash CWR through ODIN.
All procedures have been done: loaded the cooper, and the CWR .tar, put my mobile on Download Mode, plugged USB, Odin showed <1> Added!!! <1> Detected!!! and hit the Start button.
After waiting for about 30min there was no response from ODIN, then, I removed the USB and closed ODIN. After that I turned on my Galaxy Ace and the following scenario came up: an image of a pc connected to phone with exclamation mark in between.
Later I tried to recover my mobile by flashing the firmware of v2.3.6 through ODIN as well. It started well, but, in the middle of the installation it failed.
What can I do?
Please, it's urgent!
Thanks in advance folks!
happened with me a lot....but i usually flash the stock firmware with odin and my phone becomes good as new. try again to flash stock firmware via odin.
if i'm not mistaken maclaw's ics needs gb bootloader, thus need to flash stock gb rom beforehand. u cant just go straight from froyo to ics :/
btw try this.
turn off phone, remove battery, wait for around 5-10 seconds, press three button combination for download mode (vol down+home+power) and while u still holding those three buttons reinsert the battery. device should go into download mode and u should be able to reflash with stock gb rom via odin. and good luck with it.

Try factory reset to restore the original state of this official Rom. then try with odin again.
If you read cf root thread properly you well see that if it fails you need to boot into recovery too trigger the installation

Im sorry to say this but i think you have got the SDS/eMMC failure and the internal memory is dead. Many users reported freezing and stuttering before their s3 died completely... Take it to service center and they should repair it for warranty. Just want to tell you that its not your fault, its samsung's bug.

Hi,
I wanted to put a newer Android into Samsung Mini s5570 so what I did:
1) rooted the device so I could see SuperUser application on it
2) shutdown my phone
3) using Odin I wanted to put new loader to this device so I have pointed OPS file and recovery image for s5570
4) checked OnePackage option
5) turned on phone using 3 buttons (Power, LVolume, Main button) so it switched into Downloading mode
6) Odin detected phone
6) pressed START button
after that it gave some logs and then it freezed on:
<1> recovery.img download..
time keeps going but nothing happens.... once I have even waited for an hour with no success
what I can do to make this phone running again?
I will be gratefull for any help given

ok I've found solution
the problem was a "space" in the path to the ops and recovery files
