[Q] the process com.htc.bgp with Widget Locker and Bloat Freezer

I have a rooted Thunderbolt and recently downloaded the Widget Locker application. I enabled the screen animation for home screen on this application, “Widget Locker” and about every 10 minutes I would receive an error, “the process com.htc.bgp has stopped unexpectedly.” I also didn’t know at first it was this program that was doing this or that the Widget Locker program was enabling the animation, even though I requested no animation through the main settings menu.
I strongly think it's a combination of this program along with Bloat Freezer. I froze all the weather applications and I think since Widget Locker has a weather based option, it might have been trying to enable this even though these applications were frozen:
WeatherAgentService.apk
WeatherAgentService.odex
WeatherProvider.apk
WeatherProvider.odex
I am not a programmer. I am a no0b but this is what I’ve gathered so far. I know others are having a similar issue and are not sure what the problem is. I have since noticed this error has gone away after unfreezing the weather applications and disabling the animation on Widget Locker. It's been an hour now and I haven't had this error pop up once.
Before I disabled the animation on Widget Locker, I unfroze all weather applications but continued to receive these errors. I also tried syncing Facebook through contacts because there was a post on that and no luck there.

Clock widget problem

Anyone else have the problem with TouchWiz stock clock widget? it doesnt update the time. It just gets stuck at the time you added the clock to a screen.
Sent from my GT-I9100 using XDA App
It is working OK here. Are you running a task killer?
used to do it to me, still does sometimes, it just stops all a sudden, havnt a clue why, i even tried different clock widgets and they did the same, not had the prob since rooted and froze some apps.
I have the same problem with Fancy Widget Pro. Has happened a couple of times, and I've either removed and re-added it, or just changed one of the clock settings and back again, and that causes it to reload with the correct time.

[Q] fancy widget pro and CM7

Ok I searched for this and I really didn't get the answer. So I have GPS turned on and my fancy widget pro and beautiful Widgets and even go weather can not find my location and continue to say to turn on GPS I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps several times and they still don't work. I also get a lock on my GPS in maps so not sure what's up. Please if anyone can help that would be great.
Try going into Fancy Widget and setting your location manually.
That worked for me.
i don't have that problem with my TB but I do have it with my iconia . Just uncheck geolocation and manually set where you are

gmail widget

I love the gmail widget however.... occasionally the widget stops displaying my emails. All I get is an option to view more conversations. At times locking the device and going back in re populates the widget. Other times I actually have to remove and re-add the widget. Is anyone else experiencing this and is there a permanent fix?
Yes, I got the same problem too. When I wait then it reverses alone and shows me mails. Just be patient.
i have same problem but with one clock widget. When i lock desktop after some time widget stop to work properly.

widgets stop updating

Hi all. I have a small issue with widgets..
I'm currently on APEX launcher and cm9. When i put any widgets on the home screen that auto update, they do work ok for a short while, but then stop. for instance, a clock widget will work for a 10 minutes maybe, but then stick.
I don't use any a task killer
any suggestions?
