I downgraded my phone to 2.1 generic global.. Now there is no problem in recording... I recorded HD video upto 8 minutes successfully. no reboot issue.. It means it is not hardware problem... I only wanted to upgrade to 2.3.3 bcoz of dual touch capability.. But Now i am tired of these things...
I have rooted my phone. installed xrecovery and also unlocked bootloader.. Now i will try some custom roms on my xperia.. If there are any suggestions then post here.. I am new in the field of android world.. Thanks....

Hi everyone. I`m a HTC Mozart owner . I bought it debranded , and i was quite happy withit... until i've encounterd the touch screen problems....
Since then i've sent it once to be repaired but i'm having the same issues...
Yesterday i came across this forum and found out that many people have been suffering the same problem.
So i decided to flash this official ROM : RUU_Mozart_S_HTC_Europe_5.11.401.01_5.71.09.02a_22 .51.50_RELEASE
hoping that the things would get better....unfortunatly i was wrong .
I'm having some problems since :
for example some hotspots are not beeng detected , that worked before...
The problem is i can't restore to the previous version i had which was this version :
RUU_Mozart_S_HTC_RUS_4.06.411.00_5.69.09_RELEASE.e xe
i'm geting the 226 error...
i'm desperate can you help me

Do you have a Zune backup of your Mozart that is pre-5.xx bootloader? If so you can restore it and return to the previous version although your bootloader will remain at 5.XX. If no backup, I'm not sure you can downgrade at this time.

Hey thank you for the replies... i had them yes , but the procedure(restore wizard) gives me errors.... then an update request came along for zune ... and i updated it , and now i don't have them...
can anyone send me the restore files? is it possible to use others restore files?

after two months of use My Xperia s has now the yellow tint. I have not rooted My phone bug i have flashed the phone with flashtools with another os since i'm italian and the phone is french.
can i take it to the assistance or i have TO flash it with the original os?

Its a phone problem, not software. Sony have acknowledged it and said they are replacing the faulty fones for free

i have a xperia x10a 2.1 , so i decide to upgrade it to 2.3.3 , i do it via pc company .. but when i finis that ! i have the x10i in the model phon ... thats not my problem .. the problem is when i decide to put my sim card .. he give me to login my pin ... and after that i see only the background and the navigation bar
when i activated the airplan mode then i get the access to my phon he can`t read my card .. i tried different card .. no succes :S so if any one have idea about that can you help me please
( I mention that i have tried to flash the 4.1.2 after that with booloader locked ... i get the bootanimation and still blocked in .. so i decid to get back to 2.3.3 via flashtools )

You have to download x10 aro 2.3.ftf
Then install it via flashtool.that slove your problem
For x10 aro 2.3.ftf. Try to google it

i just tried it , its fix the login to the phon problem .. but still have the same problem for the sim card ! he dont give the signal :S
after a simple reboot , he come back to the old problem ! :S can any one help plz
If u want, try to unlock bootloader and flash another rom, i think that there is some bugs with official 2.3.3

First. I have already send my xperia u to sony service for a touch screen issue they repair it, then i recived the phone back but with network issue ... i decided to get a new simcard, now i have it but i have same network issue.
Hardware
I tried my new simcard in another phone. It work !
I tried different simcard from different carrier in my xperia u. Doesn't work.
The second phone with my actual simcard recive the 3G ect ... But my xperia u says -> No Service or in some case Emergency Call Only
Software
I've tried 4 different firmware :
- st25i_6.1.1.b.1.100
- st25i_6.1.1.b.1.10
- a gingerbread firmware.
- st25i_6.1.1.b.1.54 (actual)
All the 4 firmware have the same issue
I think thats all, Help me please.

i just bought a xperia z2, and since saturday i have a problem with my camera: it just shows a black screen and it lags alot when trying to change its options. I;ve searched a bit on the internet but i didn't found the cause of this problem or the solution. can it be fixed? it is an andoird version bug? thank you

If your phone continue to act faulty you may have a defective peiece and i recomend you replace it

about repair via seus: my phone was orange branded and some kind of orange android version. So i flashed the general ftf file for my country. If i repair it via seus maybe it will bring the old nasty orange android version ... And by the way am i eligible of receiving OTA updates if i flashed other android version? @JOHNNYMED9: what do you mean by sony repair center not interested? This problem cannot be solved by warranty? Anyway i do not intend to send it because maybe they will reinstall the android version and that is somenthing i can do by myself

Try fresh install using the flashtool. Choose your own customization ftf and flash it. It works for me. Yea i got some lag the day i bought it, but now problem solved.
