Music sound effects. - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

I was messing around and found the sound effects menu in the music app. Its very cool and really improved the sound in the headphones. I thing that this feature may be over looked or not found by some users. Just letting everyone who didn't play with it yet know.

Sonic the hedgehog sound pack

I just had an itch today to find a high quality sonic the hedgehog sound pack, preferably ogg, to use for my notifications and ringtone and what not. Anyone know where I could find such a thing?

Converted to ogg and uploaded.
Awesome, thanks. How about the sound from collecting a ring or going through a checkpoint? I had those in mind for notifications

did you find that? or make it? You got any mario or zelda ones? I want navi's voice from ocarina, that "hey" she always says.

[Q] Google Music and lockscreen controls?

Hey guys,
I am currently running CM7 RC0 (kang build) with Siyah kernel. I like using the market google music app because I have the bulk of my music library uploaded. I've noticed the lock screen controls sometimes work for the google music app but success is spotty at best. I removed the AOSP music app and that just made the lock screen controls disappear altogether. Has anybody come up with a mod, I've read widget locker can do it but I'm reluctant at getting third party software for something this silly. I wouldn't mind going back to samsung framework roms if need be. I just haven't see anything of this nature tangible.
Thanks in advance for the responses.
p.s. search came up clean. sorry If i missed anything.

I'm not using cm7, so I can't test it out, but try agile lockscreen. It has music controls built into it to show we're up only when music is playing. Not two to mention it's an awesome lockscreen. I know you said no third party apps, like a lockscreen, but hey, no one was commenting.
And yeah, there's alot of 'lurkers' that use xda all the time but never create an account, so they can't comment.

Thanks hairy, I was one of those lurkers before simply because my previous sprint phone wasn't supported. Once I got my SGSII I signed up immediately because I knew this is where the party is at. lol
The google music app is a cool concept but leaves a lot to be desired: music controls and and an EQ. (fixed by dsp manager in cm7 but still)
I don't see agile lock screen in the market. maybe it was taken down?

FYI, if you download "Equalizer" from the Android Market (the one with the good ratings), it integrates with Google music. It actually adds an EQ menu to the Google Music app that appears almost native. It works with other audio apps as well, but the integration is not as tight. It has unique features like an auto-EQ based on the Genre in the ID tags.
Still can't find a lockscreen though.
Equalizer app is amazing and did wonders to the sound of my music through this phone.

Power amp rocks. Best ui and amazing equaliser. It has so many settings and it deserves it's top music player rank in play. Tried many players but no one even came close.
Miui player does the job well for those who don't like equalizers. Mini lyrics is a more better alternative with lyrics floating for every song and minimalistic ui
Today i found this in Playstore,it have work on my phone and the music was very loud with playerpro, but it makes dsp manager forceclose, maybe anyone try this without dsp manager(when doesnt have or,bla, bla).

Simple, small, experimental free app to boost your speaker or headphone sound volume. Useful for movies, audio books and music.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Playing audio at high volumes, especially for a prolonged amount of time, can destroy speakers and/or damage hearing. Some users HAVE reported destroyed speakers and earphones. IF YOU HEAR DISTORTED AUDIO, LOWER THE VOLUME (but it may be too late).
By installing this application you agree that you will not hold its developer responsible for any damage to hardware or hearing, and you are using it AT YOUR OWN RISK. Consider this to be EXPERIMENTAL software.
Not all devices support this software. Try it and see if yours works.
NEWS: I just noticed that Speaker Boost just doesn't work with the stock Android Music player (which I never use) on some or all Samsung devices. You can get some of the same functionality with the stock music player by using the music player's custom equalizer function.
NOTE 1: This is NOT for adjusting the speakerphone volume in phone calls (that has its own boost, I think), but for adjusting the volume of music, movies and apps.
NOTE 2: Users who complain that this does not boost bass are right. In order to mitigate (but not remove!) the danger of damage to small speakers, there is no boost in the lowest frequency range, and there is also less boost in the highest frequency range. If you go to the Settings and uncheck "Non-uniform boost", you get an across-the-board boost, but that's much more dangerous to your speakers.
NOTE 3: When you set the boost to zero, Speaker Boost will be off. The notification icon is just for ease of launching. If you don't like seeing the notification icon when Speaker Boost is off, just go to Speaker Boost's Settings and set it to appear only when Speaker Boost is running.

Earbud music controls(iphone only?)

Just purchased from woot. Great sound quality by the way.
http://moofi.woot.com/offers/earphones-with-mic-3-button-control-3
Unfortunately only the voice control button works. Phone does not respond to volume control or track seek. Is this an iphone only feature or is there a hack out there somewhere? I am a fiber optics tech so my hands are usually busy. Its a pain digging the phone out everytime i want to change a track or adjust the volume.

Eq settings to improve the sound quality of your 6P's front speakers

So... Here it is.
Add it like in the picture, and turn on surround sound, but only as little as possible (easiest to adjust while using headphones).
What do you guys think?
Disclaimer: I am not a professional audiophile and these settings aren't perfect for every music genre out there.
Where did you get the eq from

Stock equalizer, can be found under settings in Google Play Music and in Spotify app settings.
Fwiw, this won't work if you use v4a
