Problem with buttons

I have a strange problem that hasn't been reported.
My volume buttons, my phone- & my menu-button won't work from time to time.
I have moments that everything works properly, but normally all four of them don't react( no backgroundlight also).
And one more extra with this, when the buttons won't work, sometimes the Hero thinks that i'm pressing the volumedownkey numerous times. That means that he puts himself in vibrating mode en keeps vibrating, i can stop this by going standby or pushing a working button. Sometimes it stops, sometimes it starts again after two seconds.
Hope to have someone who can help
sounds like a hardware issue to me. what did you do to make sure these problems aren't related to some software you have installed?

[Q] back key unresponsive

Right now the phone has two issues :
1)back key has less range of responsiveness by that i mean you have to be extremely precise for it to recognize your finger.
2) you have to press harder than the menu key by hard i mean alot. if you slide your finger slowy without applying substantial pressure on the back key it will simply not respond, on the contrary the menu key responds to light touches.
This is something hardware related if you ask me. I think you're going to have to call up Samsung.
back key unresponsive
I am also having exactly same issue.....i don't remember how it occured.....after installing CF root or after upgrading to xxki3....but problem is there...is there any solution?? it s eally annoying

[Q] Symptoms of ghost finger or something else?

So I have noticed my screen randomly shifting or random keys being pressed and made me believe that it could be the ghost finger I have heard about this morning. I am currently reading into possible solutions if that is the case.
One thing I noticed from the last time it did it is that it isn't random. Which made me wonder if it was the ghost finger or something else or maybe if it is help provide more insight to others.
So I was texting when it happened and it pressed a bunch of keys for a bit in an area on my keyboard that doesn't respond. Then once it was done having its way with my keyboard those keys now worked (will break again later I am sure as this isn't the first time). What it almost seems to be is the keys pressed in that area were possibly working but the key press weren't registering correctly but then just prior to the keys working again it processed all those key presses I did while it didn't work. if that makes sense.
Does this sound like the ghost finger or something else?
*edit* Incase it matters the problem area is around the e/s key on my keyboard

[Q] Long press problem on touch screen

Hello, I am having a problem with my touch screen during games.
When a have a game, like a race game, that a have to hold two buttons at the same time, one of them stop working. I need to stop my game all the time, wait a long to it return working and continue.
Does anyone have the same problem or know how I can resolve it?
I have the same problem too, but eventually i just do a workaround, that i don't press it continuously. after 15 second or so, quickly release and tap back again. Good driving means that accelerate button is not pressed all the time you know
I don't think this is the reason but, when it happens to me I just cool down the screen and it woks imediatlly.

[Q] Capacitive Buttons Freaking Out Randomly

Completely stock user since day one, this is a problem that has only come up recently. Unfortunately I can't illustrate a timeline between what updates/app installs it began happening, but the problem is no more than 2 months old.
Whenever I'm using the phone for Internet/Facebook/Reddit (95% of the time) there will occasionally be a freak occurrence where the phone will vibrate like crazy as if the capacitive buttons are being pressed rapidly and the apps will react as if the search/home/menu buttons are being pressed.
Anyone else have this problem? Suggestions? Thanks in advance for the help!
