hi guys,
i've installed this app on my xperia x10 mini pro with CM7...
but CM7 has already preinstalled setcpu!
does it maybe have some conflict??
I use set cpu... set cpu is more stable compare to the overclock widget.
you can get set cpu for free in xda forum and set cpu has smart ass option and oc widget doesnt have it.
Hi.
Can somebody tell me what is min cpu speed on stock Xperia mini?
I know max is 1ghz.
Do stock cpu (unrooted, without cpu control app) allways run on max speed or does it back down on idle? And to what speed?

Click to collapse
Stock min 245MHz, max 1024MHz, turn to idle - System Panel Lite -
Thanks for speedy reply on speed.
Hi I've installed rom that overclock my lovely xperia mini cpu to 1400 ghz, i am afraid from this so i quickly searched for app to configur cpu and i found cpu master pro and changed my cpu to 249-1017 ghz and choose on boot when i restart i see the cpu is 1400 ghz!! Until lazy cpu master works and change cpu to 249-1017 ghz nearly like sony
I am afraid of this period between reboot and cpu master start.. i think it is less than 1 min but i have to be carefull
How can i change my cpu to be all time like what i want ?
try app set cpu, that can control ur cpu clock
or you can reflash ur old rom
Hello,
I got the new xperia S 32GB.
It is unlocked and installed with krabappel2548's newest kernel & rom:
- KA13 Xperia SSpeed
- Xperia SSpeed kernel v6
Now I installed the latest version of 'setcpu' but I would like to know how to configure it before I do something wrong.
Something like this?
Is it also smart to setup profiles?
Set the minimum to the lowest for battery saver
Sent from LT26i
Set the max frequencies to 1700mhz for stability
Above that will not guaranteed it stability
And the minimum frequencies to 300mhz
Below that i experienced many lags
For me the best governor is Hotplug and noop
Sent from my LT26i using xda premium
noop is a i/o scheduler not a governor.
my last experince on x10 mini i have try many many Roms the best for daily use , drain battery, minor bugs..is mincm 7 2.2.2 with KERNEL 2.6.632.61 nAa 06
my cpu governor is smartassh3 min 320 max 768 no Uv, no compcache active yes JIT,dithering,no 16 bit, no boot animation
in normal use 10 min call, always 3g activate for whatsapp application, email activate synchro activate, i switch on my devices on 7.00 am he die at 9.00 pm...good for this device with a battery so small!!
Thanks to developer on this forum for x10mini
only for extreme user for very speed use on this device you can activate governor performance or You can set min on 600 Mhz.. obviusily the battery drain in fast the only bug is the no funcional on T9 keyboard smile emoticons (properly on device T9) if you scrool fast or up or down ( very interesting bug)
Its my last opinion because i chance my storical devices for ZTE Geek v975
Thaks this forum i hope to be useful on another testing Rom.
