icade - HTC Flyer, EVO View 4G

Has anyone tried using the icade with the HTC flyer? I paired it correctly and it allowed me to map the controls in my nesoid but once I try to play the game it works for a split second then stops responding. Any ideas why?

update** I am able to play mame4droid with the icade, but nesoid and other yongzh emulators don't seem to work with the icade

FPse on CM7

Anyone got this installed yet? I keep getting a parsing error.
Yup works for me.. my sixaxis controller pairs and works too! Street Fighter rocks on this. Snesoid works perfect too
when you pair the sixaxis does it auto config the buttons? I'm having a problem with nes.emu auto config buttons assigning a loading menu to A.
No, you have to go in and map them manually - it saves for future use though.. here's a video of it pairing and running SNESoid..

Played few games in FPse worked perfectly.
same here, FF VII, MGS and parasite eve work perfectly, along with the following emulators (all working with sixaxis & wiimote):
FPSe
NESoid
SNESoid
Gensoid
GBCoid
Gameboid
N64oid
fMSX

[Q] Anyone managed to play shadowgun with zeemote?

Hi, I wanna try to play shadowGun THD on my Prime with the zeemote controller.
I manage to get the contoller set up and map the keys, but how do I make it work with shadow gun?
I looked at shadowgun's setup and didn't see a keyboard/controller keys option.
did anyone manage to get it work? I assume it supposed to work with a zeemote the same as it works with ps3 controller.
thanks
You can try using an IME (Input Method) Like BlueZ to work with the Zeemote, but I haven't tried it with Shadowgun yet.
I know that BlueZ works with a bunch of games/emulators but I don't know if it works with Unity applications or even if it being a Unity application even matters.
I've found that you can also search for Zeemote in the market and there's a bunch of games that work with the controller natively without an IME.
Nope, just tried it. Only the joystick let's you move forward, backward, and side-to-side.
Isn't the Zeemote basically the nunchuck addon for the wiimote with a couple more buttons? If you only have one joystick then you could either only move around and not look, or only look around and not move.

fpse and various snes n64 and genesis emulators

im looking to purchase the tablet s but i was wondering if fpse works with the ps3 controller on it? and the genesis snes and n64 emulators? can anyone verify?
I've got issues with FPSE, and running out of memory but the deve isn't sure why.
i can confirm that a ps3 controller once paired (for wireless operation) with the tablet s has worked with every emulator i have tried, and i think i have tried them all, well the major ones anyways. very happy overall with the tablet s so far
I can confirm that the PS3 wireless controller connecting to this tablet works with every emulators that is working on the tablet. NES SNES N64 etc... ofcourse you have to key the buttons...
I can also confirm that the ps3 controller works with all emulators i've tried (fpse, nesoid, gensoid, snesoid, gameboid, gbcoid, ataroid, gearoid, n64oid) but i do have a bit of an issue when it comes to N64oid. The way the tablet reads the controller (when it comes to the emulators) is the digital controls and the left analog stick are mapped to the same controls (ie pushing up on the digital control and pushing up on the left analog stick both register as "DPAD Up" when mapping controls). In addition to that the right analog stick doesn't register anything at all with exception of pushing it down as a button. What it comes down to is there doesnt seem to be enough buttons to properly map an N64 controller. You can still play games but you cant really play anything that utilizes the whole n64 controller.
FPSE all the way. I've only put maybe 4-5 hours into it, but I haven't run across any memory issues so far.
SNES droid also apears to work perfectly.

[Q] Gametel Controller in N64oid Help!!

ok so i just got the gametel bluetooth controller and loving it but cant get it working in n64oid which is one of the main apps i got it for1
is there a way to get it working or should i just but the icontrolpad?
i noticed the emulator supports icontrolpad, wii remote, zmote, along wit a few others but non work with the gametel controller
my phone is not roote
While the rom-processing-engine is better in n64oid, the gamepad integration works better in mupen64plus AE.
You can download the newest version freely here:

I actually can't get my wiimote to work in n64oid either, but works in mupen64+ae.
Even though this is an old post the answer below might be useful for other users
In many emulators you need to activate "InputMethod". For all the emulators developed by Yongzh (Snesoid, N64oid, Gameboid, etc) go to "Settings" -> "Other Settings" and tick the "Use input method" box.
Please also note that Gametel works like a software keyboard, so you should NOT use anything called "Bluetooth Gamepad":
In Yongzh emulators you should use "Input settings" -> "Key mappings".
In the FPse case you setup the keys in "Gamepad" -> "Assign HW buttons".

Logitech F710: games and multiple controllers?

Anyone use this controller?
I have SuperGNES, FPse, MC3, ShadowGun, Dead Space, Dead Trigger, Minecraft, and a few other games.
1. Can anyone confirm this controller works with SuperGNES and FPse (probably these two are the most important to me)
2. Can you use a USB min-hub to get more usb ports on the dock and plug in 2 controllers
I'm looking to be able to play 2 player games and curious if others have got it to work.
Thanks
I've just gotten one of these controllers myself today. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble.
Some games work fine, like "Cordy". Another well-known game, Shadowgun, does not. The game mixes up the controls, rendering the right analog stick messed up. It thinks the left trigger is the analog sticks left/right and that the analog up/down is actually on left/right. Unplayable.
before, I've tried connecting two Xbox controllers, both wired. These work fine. You can't play with two controllers, however. Android recognizes both controllers as one, so you'll both control the same thing.
Unfortunately, I don't think there's a solution to the latter, it's a driver issue.

Did anyone get Shadowgun to work properly with the F710? If so, please teach me!

For the record, I'm using the ASUS Padfone, which is related to the transformer series.
Anyone know about emulators with the F710?
SuperGNES says you need to install gamepad IME, which is free. It installs fine, and I can see it in the settings, but there are no options to bind keys...which makes me think its all in the games but I cant figure out supergnes. It thinks both the A and B buttons are down, and I can't change it in the controller settings.
I just bought my controller, may return it if I can't figure this out. It works natively for Dead trigger. ...kinda pissed it doesn't work the same for superGNES.
After having tested the logitech controller, I've decided to get rid of it and go for Sixaxis with a PS3 controller. It's just way more configurable.

I've had my controller for about 6 months now and there is a way to play ShadowGun with it. You just have to manually map the controller yourself in the options menu for game pad input. Haven't used SuperGNES but I use another emulator called SNESoid and it allows me to map the controller out.
