Do you see a faint black light in the back? Can you boot it up normally? You need to hold it till you see the logo

i have a vibrant that now shows vibrant screen then cyanogen screen then some files running and then agfain the same process.
i am afraid . it was a new phone how to recover i was flashing the ics passion.
and when i keep pressing thr volume less and power key it just flashes vibrant on screen.
Bootloop!!!!!
Directly from the NB's ICS OP
NOTE: If you get in boot loop during first install, DONT panic.
Remove battery. Hold Vol Down + Home + Power Key. You will enter new recovery mode. Flash the ROM again.
Some users (having Froyo Bootloader) need to press Vol Up Key instead of Home Key to get in Recovery.

should i press the keys after removing and putting the battery again?
Try a few combos. You ultimately want to get back into recovery mode to reflash.
what are the comboos please help me '
Combos to get into recovery:
1. Gingerbread Boot loader: Vol Down + Home + Power Key (That's what neo's OP says) or Volume Down + Power Button (Elsewhere I've heard that combo, so try both. Can't test myself because I have Froyo Boot loader and running MIUI)
2. Froyo Boot loader: Both Volume Keys + Power Button
Ultimately you can enter download mode and use Odin to flash to stock. You can enter download mode using Power+Vol.Up

or as soon as the loop shuts off screen and is about to start again ( black screen followed by vibrant) quickly press up and down volume and hook usb cable up...( you can be already pressing up and down) works like a charm for me....have fallen into that boot loop thing once to many times....but theres always time for once more lol...
Help,
My phone just stuck at the Samsung Galaxy SII GT-19100G screen..
I can't enter CWM recovery mode or Download mode as well
When I press Volume Button UP + Home + Power, it will turn off the phone and never turn back on. When I release the Volume Button Up + Home, it turned back on and stuck at the screen again.
In fact I can't even power off my phone.. When I power off it, it will auto restart and stuck at the screen again..
Anybody.. please help
I'm only taking a wild stab in the dark here but my guess is you flashed firmware for the I9100 onto your I9100G device.
Best to download firmware for the "G" model and flash via download mode. If you have a jig it might come in handy.
Looks like you have some research to do. Good luck.

Yes, lucky I manage to flash it back to the original ROM.

For reference Vol Up + Home + Power is used to start the phone into Manual Mode, not turn it off. Vol Down + Home + Power is used to start the phone into Update Mode.

not sure if i will be of any help or you already figured it out. but what once worked for me is to press power as soon as you see sony logo right away let go and hold volume up only. but quick like. than continue to hold volume up. if not try volume down same direction. i think the button changes if your rooted.

Have you tried to power down by pressing volume up/down and power button all together, then see if you can enter flash mode, then maybe re-flash a firmware that can be re-rooted?

How have you tried to enter flash mode, have you tried FlashTool?
You say you pressed power + up volume, but have you also tried power + up volume + down volume (all at the same time), then see if you can enter flash mode?

Hey there!
Can you still access "download mode?" Download mode is accessed by holding down the volume decrease button and the home button.
Press the power button, volume decrease button and home button at the same time but letting go of the power button and keep pressing and holding the volume decease and home button while the download mode screen appears. you will know this when you see a green android and a "downloading now" screen.
NOTE: do you have a copy of t-mobile's stock firmware to re-install?
