Do you guys know if T-mobile's Samsung Vibrant fits the Verizon's Samsung Fascinate car mount with S/N ECS-M985BEGSTA? It is the original car mount from Samsung but does the charging panel fits exactly on Vibrant. Looked over the net but nobody has answered the question.

this might be a little crazy and I hope there some car guys here that can help me this. This has been on my mind for a while and I was wondering how it would be do and how hard? I want to mount a 7inch Android tablet in my dashboard. Take out the radio and in place a tab. sound crazy doesn't in.
What cables would I need? Would tthe LCD mess up in the winter? It would be for a 2008 honda crv.

Why don't you buy a tablet dock to put it in your car? It won't hurt at the first place.

what if i get like a OEM dock for a tablet mount that in my dashbaord have it be able to easily put in my tablet and take out my tablet...hmm

Does anyone know what sets off car dock mode on the Photon? is it magnets or something to do with the usb cable?

I believe there are some magnets in the car dock that enable it.
I have both the car dock and the hdmi dock I believe its something to do with the cable I will look further into it and get back with you but im almost positive its got nothing to do with magnets,

I just put it in car dock and all good, screen pops up? I would guess the ISBN connection.

I wonder if the good piece that brings the load port my phone is the same as the i9100 as it hurt me and I can not find the original in my country Venezuela.
I get the piece is that of 9100 brings the microphone and charging port hopefully help me with my question

Hello everyone,
I have a rooted Skyrocket with Cyanogen mod 11 Kit Kat 4.4.2
Now I bought a flex cable for it, model # i727, rev 4.6 off of eBay.
Opened up my phone and replaced the older one, but the mic still doesn't work. When I make phone calls I have to put the phone on speaker in order for it to work, I don't know why that is the cause. I've spent money on this already and want to know if you guys have come across this problem at all. Thanks!

Hi, I know this is a really old question, and I've long since switched to my S5, but as for the microphone, I did have the same problem with my skyrocket. It turned out to be the fact that the tiny little hole for the microphone had dirt in it. I poked it with a pin, blasted some compressed air on it, good as new. My wife will actually uses the phone every day. ☺ best of luck

I don't know if this is he proper way to go about this, but I have done extensive google searches for my answer and have come up short. I have recently purchased an MHL to HDMI cable (its the correct 11-pin cord), and for some reason can not get it to work on my GS3 running gummy ROM 4.4.2. I tried the cable on my wife's GS3 witch is stock and it works just fine....any suggestions or help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Only stock firmware can use the MHL output.

There has to be some sort of hack to get it working on my ROM...if it works on the stock firm, then there is a way...I just was hopping someone here would have the answer..
