x10I Help Needed .
I flash X10 to 2.3.3 or 2.3.4,bb 71,my phone will often reboot .
But i use 67 or other baseband will not reboot.
Please tell me why it is like that?

2.3.3 only works on bb .71 no other bb will work
restore with pc companion for getting stock SE rom
What I mean is that i flash 2.1 ,other bb,X10 was OK
But 2.3,bb71 will often reboot.

what are you flaashing??
and try to restore by SEUS or pc companion and try reflashing
I try to restore by SEUS or pc companion,but the problem is not resolved.

did you try flashing generic 2.3.3 firmware by flashtool?

then sorry I have no ideas...
go to 2.1
-root and install xrecovery through newest flashtool
-download wolfs 2.3.3 rom and bb .71 from his thread
-put rom in sd card
-reboot into xrecovery then wipe data cache
-install the rom
DONT REBOOT NOW
take the battery out and then open flashtool and put phone in flash mode
flash the baseband from flashtool
now you can reboot

i flash 2.1 everything is fine,I do not know why it is so.

did you try flashing the way i suggested 2 posts before?
yes,... each of these methods i have tried.
I think this is probably the baseband problems

just flash ur default baseband
thats the only way
or u can have .71 baseband just flash the custom roms.....

after flash to the newest firmware which is .435 , i have no signal at all, then i tried the 2.2, then 2.3, still no signal service, then i go to JIT, and format the system which i thought it going to be back to the original again, after that, i reboot, the only thing i see is the logo "sony erricson" and it keep stay there............
did i brick my phone?
how am i going to solve this?
please help!

download original 2.1 from xda and try flashing it using flashtool which you can find in this forum. or connect your phone to your pc or mac and try repairing it through SEUS.
SEUS, is only updating the phone which it always said i already have the latest sofwarre (((((

Make sure u flash the firmare for x10a or x10i, whichever phone u have. Download the correct firmware and use bin4ry's tool to flash. I hope this helps

originally, it's x10a.. i chose the latest one which is 435, now i ll try the 504, hope this works

The reason you didn't had network signal may be that not all roms work with all basebands, so it could have been rom related. Have you also waited till the rom rebooted a few times?
Friends do not know what to do, I had my x10 and xrecovery rooted, the room was going to install v4.02.1 WB 2.3, when I install all the wipes, but also install a custom Karnel "DoomKernel: modFXP-DooMKernel-v01 CM7FXP-S-(S-series). "
Now my xperia does what he wants, it always hangs on the screen of sony ericcson, few loads an image that says "free xperia project" and from there it does not, and not accessible to xrecovery.
I have tried to repair it with SEUS but it says it is the latest version and dont gives me the option to repair.
The Flashtool shows me many errors when trying to go back to 2.3 stock, and says "Flash aborted" AND NOT TO DO: '(

It worked! xD but in another PC, I can only dude, I have stock GB ... I have to flash again baseband and Karnel necessary for the room of WB?
And if I wanted to put a custom Karnel with the WB room, which is the correct for install? (DoomKernel)

glad to help, it depends on you, as of now im using Doom kernel, but be ware that this kernel can damaged your device if you overclock and use it for a long time.... doom kernel is very fast....

Friend understand it, but I meant to Karnel of all there is to devo used to prevent what happened to me previously Karnel "DoomKernel: modFXP-CM7FXP DooMKernel-v01-S-(S-series)." That did not answer my xperia ...
Hi, i have Wolf´s rom (2.2.1) with 54er baseband. i want to update... but ive flashed the baseband update (71) first... no i cant go in the recovery to flash anything.... what can i do plz help!!
Flash the old kernel back, see if it is working.
wont work.. tried... it boots up but now i have no wlan and cant write and recive sms... :-( cant flash original sony software... it says that the server are overloaded...
Forgot to remind you about the baseband too.
Connect to SEUS or PCCompanion and update.
Then root and install custom kernel of your choice

@OP, unfortunately, there is no solution for your problem. You will have to start fresh. Flash your phone with the latest 2.3.3 GB FW pre-rooted by DooMLorD, and enjoy.
and how?!?!!? pc compangin says that the sony ericsson server are overloaded...

Sorry for late reply(my phone is out of battery), but anyway, unzip the the .ZIP file first and put it in the "firmware" folder(if I'm not mistaken) in the flashtool folder.
My X10a (At&T) sim_unlocked. When I choose WCDMA it ok but GSM It reboot again, again & again with any rom. I think baseband version have problem, right?
I flashed many time with many roms and basebands but cant solved, everybody help me plssssss
P/s: I cant found baseband 2.1.65 (X10a – AT&T)

Are you on stock rom? Have you modded your phone in any way? I am on att and using 2.1.71bb with custom rom.
The best way is flash stock X10a rom with FlashTool.

good idea but it there a kernel integratet?
if yeah best thing is to extract the zip and combine the .sin datas to an ftf bundle so you just ceep it realy on stock than
do this
always remember.....
when you flash any rom through flashtool or xrecovery
DO WIPE DALVIC CACHE...BATTER STATS....PARTITION etc......
always do a clean wipe
or your x10i will keep on rebooting at the logo

3. Is both the Camera's working ?
4. Will the WIFI also work smoothly?

1) If you are already on 2.3.3(GB-GingerBread) then there is no need to flash .71 basenand as you are already on it.
2) if you want to reduce steps just upgrade to 2.3.3 official via SEUS or PCC
3) what do you mean both camera? we only have one back camera which will work perfectly
4) wifi will also be perfect

ofcourse the rom is better.
root it using flashtool
install xrecovery
install the rom via xrecovery
remove battery and flash .71 baseband via flashtool

if your baseband is .71 then and then only you can upgrade to 2.3.3 because .71 can only be flashed via flashtool using usb.

u r gonna b sorry flashing thgo v17c..... it d most laggy one you can serch it....
better yet download the v17b it is more fast and stable according to me....
one more thing.... you phone wont be any longer recognized by seus as it changes the model no of ur phone from x10i to s0-01c i guess which fcuks up the pc comapnion and to flash any other rom you wud need some help.....
