I just tried to install the lastest Liberated Rom to the phone and now it's stalled at the bootscreen. It just keeps reloading to the screen over and over again. Is there a way to force it into the bootload mode without having the phone load all the way up?

You are simply stuck in a bootloop. If by "bootload mode" you mean the bootloader (HBOOT), then just hold the volume down + power button. Did you do a clean install and wipe the dalvik cache after flashing?
OK now I can't make calls???
OK i downloaded a different ROM (CyanogenMod 7) It installed great but now I can't make calls. There is no button for calls and I have tried to like to the dialer and it won't open it. Any Ideas?

The dialer app should be pre-installed and located (by default) on the homescreen. Which release of CM7 did you use? Have you tried re-installing the rom? Do you see the dialer (Phone.apk) in the system/app/ directory?
Thanks
[ROM] Cyanogenmod 7.2 (Updated: 2/10/12) Apparently I needed to install the older one first. I installed the build from a few months ago and it's working good now.

Please help me with this

nope not other rom install, all i did is the lag fix
should i just do a master reset without any rom install
That happen to me. Always do a backup before flashing. Also, make sure the backup took. Always keep atleast 2 or3 backups too. I learned a hard lesson not keeping more than one. Good luck

Personally, when I have issues with a ROM:
I download the zip again (put it on in the sdcard folder)
reboot into CWR
wipe the cache
go to advanced and wipe the dalvik cache
wipe the system
go into format and ensure the wipe /system
install the rom
let the phone boot, don't touch anything, just go watch a tv show or something, (15m+ to be super nice)
reboot the phone, enter your information/basic settings, when it's done with all that, i let it settle again and reboot it before installing any apps or playing with the market
i've found that this is the "safest" way to install a ROM.
do you need to be this anal retentive? no.
will skipping these require you to re-install the rom again? occasionally, but not always
as always: most ROMs have their own installation instructions that should be followed!
Multi-Quote didn't work for me for some reason, but I was referring to @Zeej's instructions.
I agree here! This always get's the job done for me! I haven't had ANY 10.6 bugs, but I do like that it can be flashed right over top of previous v10 versions instead of having to worry about titaniumbackup etc... to reinstall everything!
Help!!! Have a Galaxy S3 rooted and CM installed. I installed Omega rom coming from stock ICS. I did not wipe cache or factory reset. After install it will not boot whatsoever. Tried using odin to recover with no luck. I'm afraid I bricked the phone already. How do I boot from power of to at least get to CWM?

well its almost impossible to brick a phone by doing what you said...
so, to boot to download mode its volume down, home and power
to boot to CWM directly its volume up, home and power.
Wait,
When you say stock ICS, do you mean the stock Samsung ROM or do you actually mean Vanilla ICS such as AOSP / AOKP / CM9?
When you say Omega ROM, do you mean the Stock Samsung based one, or teh AOKP one?
Be aware that system settings stored in /data for a stock samsung rom will not work well (probably preventing boot) on a vanilla AOSP/AOKP/CM rom and vice versa.
Please clarify exactly what ROM you are coming from and what ROM you have flashed.
i failed to mention I tried both button combinations and nothing is working
Have you tried starting fresh from a battery pull?
Take the battery out for a few minutes then re-insert it. See if the combinations work then.
well if you phone is giving you no sign of life at all the nits not looking good.
Tell us exactly what you did, because from the little you told us above there is no way you have bricked.
I was coming from the stock Samsung ICS 4.0.4 to Omega v3 rom if that helps
i'll try the battery pull. I tried it earlier similar to the Droid X recovery from power off

Please give us a step by step of what you did, exactly - including what buttons you pressed and when.
Please try not to leave anything out.
Also try removing the battery like I said.
...and.... When you sya it does nothing, do you mean nothing? No scvreen, no button back lights, no vibrations?
Have you tried pulling the SD card?

what happens when you put the power cable in?
Got the Galaxy S3 on thursday. Left completely stock until yesterday. Yesterday I rooted the phone and installed CWM using odin. The phone was working fine. Downloaded Omega rom v3 overnight. Before installing the rom did a nandroid backup. Installed the rom but without doing a factory/data reset or partition format. Clicked on the radio button to finish install where is said it should reboot. Waited a while as I know new roms can initiallly take longer to boot. Then the phone never rebooted. Next I tried both button combinations several times with no response from the phone. Now I can get the LED to light up while attached to a charger that's it. My PC doesn't even see it as a drive or as a device now. I had a HTC EVO before this and installed many ROM with no problem like this and felt comfortable enough to do the S3.
Any help would be greatly appreciated at this moment.
if i plug the cable in the computer recognizes something put still doesn't see the device
keep trying the download mode combo
hold volume down and don't let go
hold home and don't let go
hold power until you see life - don't let go of the other two!
if I ever do see life again then what next?

when your in download mode you can flash a stock rom back with odin
okay thank you.
I've had stuck boot and no recovery and had to remove micro sd before I could get into recovery or download mode.
no life...looks like i'll have to return it
yeah i removed the sd card thinking the rom was on it. No luck. How'd you get yours to recover?
I know I'm a newb and I tired getting a new 4.2.2 ROM on my Note 2, but it didn't work because of a status 7 error and I've deemed that happening because my CWM wasn't updated. I tried to using all of my recoveries, but to no avail and now my phone is constantly rebooting into the setup wizard, and when I try to set it back up, as soon as I touch the phone it reboots, or if I leave it sitting it eventually does. I can however still get into my recovery menu. What can I do to fix this asap?!
P.S. I also factory reseted, wipe my cache and dalvik cache, when I was following the steps to install the ROM.

The issue for the status 7 error is the recovery is out of date as you stated, if you want to update it you can download the Goomanager app, open in and hit the menu button, and select Install Open Recovery script. That should update your recovery.
To fix the issues you're having I would try reflashing the rom you're currently on, if you on on straight stock then I would suggest flashing one of the TW roms, Cleanrom or Beans 17, to get you back to a stable state.
