Hope this is a quick question. I can't seem to get the haptic feedback when using the Android keyboard on Onyx 4.2. I believe it's turned on in the settings (under Locale and Text), but no joy.
The vibration feedback does seem to work using the other keyboards that came with Onyx.

Looks like a bug.
Hi Everyone.
I bought a Galaxy S 2, im very happy with it, but there is somethig about im worried.
The touch buttons (Menu and Back) have different light intensity. The Menu button is more bright than Back button. Is this normal? Should I return it for another one?
Nit normal

Whoops. Lack of focus.
I believe the devs are already working on it :good::fingers-crossed::laugh:
I believe paranoid let's you choose which apps you want in tablet mode.
Why would you want onscreen buttons when you already have physical buttons? Seems like a waste of screen space to me.

On screen buttons allow navigation using the spen on non touchwiz ROMs.

First, yes paranoid allows you to choose DPI, tablet mode, and large screen per app.
Second, it has an optional nav bar, but...
Third, it supports spen gestures.
I recommend it.

Does anyone know if there are ROMS made for the Google N4 (with the LGOG conversion) that doesnt have the on-screen capacitive keys? That's really the only thing keeping me from doing the conversion; I hate having two sets (whether the physical ones work or not) and it just takes up space on the screen.
There are some that have options to turn the on screen buttons off. I think the option is called "extended desktop" in some ROMs. There are also build.prop tweaks that may be able to remove them but I'm not too sure about those.

That ROM disables the on-screen ROM keys? Theoretically, I want to use the LGOG's capacitive buttons, not the on-screen ones. The on-screen ones take up a chunk of the display and just takes away from the 5" screen. That's why I'm looking for a ROM without the on-screen ones.
yes... As stated in the title of the thread 'capacitive keys'

The cap buttons are fixed in the cm rom but does anyone know if its fixed in the flashable fix thread? I only asked because in the OP it said it was coming soon yet someone posted in the comments that it was working for them. I'd ask there but I dont have enough posts.

You can disable them by:
> File Manager
>System
>Mount System R/W
>Hold build.prop and open with text editor
>On the top write qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
>Save
>Reboot
..... Thats if you want to
Hi, I'm on stock ROM with my i9300.
I used to have cm10.1, and at par with the original Android JB you could drag down on notifications to get their expanded version, regardless of whether they were on top or not.
I would like that feature in stock ROM, any tweak that allows this, modified SystemUI, or workaround to get this to work? My music player has expanded notification, so when I play music I would like the ability to use Gmail's archive button from notifications, for example.
Thanks in advance!

Samsung implemented this as a "two finger" gesture. Swipe two fingers down and up on a rich notification and you can expand / collapse it.

It's not Samsung. It's about Android version. You expand them with two fingers on Android 4.1, with one finger on Android 4.2, which is CM based on.
so what section do questions go to?

Not entirely correct. You do the two finger gesture in Android 4.1.1 and the one finger gesture on Android 4.1.2
