Considering the issue with Bluetooth audio headsets while streaming audio/video, has anyone tried hooking up a bluetooth USB dongle to their prime? I'm wondering if android would natively support that type of device hook up. I don't own the dock or USB attachment to test it out.
I was just wondering the same thing.
I have tried it.
I tried 2 Bluetooth dongles and none of them worked. The dongle light comes on, blinks but there is no way on the prime to use it.
You would need to code an android compatible driver.
Is this difficult? Seems like a nice idea for people who are having trouble for example watching Netflix with bluetooth headphones.
Hello. Does anyone know if the T959 can connect to two bluetooth devices at once, or is the bluetooth version too old? I tried connecting a speaker and a headset but only one would work at a time.
However what I really want to do is connect an external bluetooth GPS receiver and a bluetooth speaker at the same time. Will it work?

So I bought a cheap OTG cable off amazon to connect my ps3 controller to my phone. I followed all Dancing Pixel Studios' instructions and I can use my controller while its plugged in, but it won't pair through bluetooth. When I press start it connects to the controller, but after it connects I try to click pair controller and it says "No controller found - please connect it via USB cable. The cable I bought is kind of janky, it only works when I position the cable just right. I don't think the cable is the problem because I get it to connect and I keep the cable in the exact same position and click pair and still nothing. I even tried pairing it in the bluetooth menu but it just keeps pairing and pairing, and nothing happens. BTW, I am on the latest cm9 build from gray wolf with little to no issues. Any help would be awesome!!!

I've been using my PS3 controller with a Nexus 7 so it should work pretty much the same. To get it to pair through bluetooth, you must go to the dancing pixel website and download a little exe called something along the lines of bluetooth address changer or something like that. This will let you change the bluetooth address of the controller to the bluetooth address of your rezound. The controller will then pair with your phone through bluetooth. hope this helped!

If it's still not pairing I would make sure that the bluetooth address of the controller matches the one of your rezound because that happened to me the first time I tried to pair it with my nexus 7.

Yep, just double checked it and it is exactly the same... this is annoying. I appreciate your help thus far though.
update: I just connected my controller to my phone, opened sixaxis app and pressed Start and it found the controller right away, so I pressed Change IME and chose ps3 controller and I used the d-pad and square to choose pair controller and click pair. It still said no controller found. Bahahaha!!!!

Hahaha nice, a faulty app! Glad I could help
If I remember right it's a Bluetooth stack/ Bluetooth driver issue on the
Rezound and other Sense phones. I believe there are some Non-Sense Roms that have the correct Stack/driver that will fix the issue but I can't remember which ones they are sorry. Also have you tried Wii remote? That works for me even on Sense Roms.

You are correct, the only way to pair a ps3 controller on an HTC device, is to be rooted, and have an aosp, or an aokp Rom on ur phone. That's it. Plus.... You need to have an OEM ps3 controller. Any cheapo controller won't work

Hi all,
I've got a conundrum that I can't seem to work out from Googling. I suppose I will give the background then my question.
I use my xperia z2 tablet at the gym to watch TV shows because the treadmill is even more uninteresting than the landscape around my place. I don't like to be hooked up to it via headphones because I don't want to accidentally pull it over. So - I use a bluetooth audio receiver I plug my headphones into, and they receive the audio from the tablet (which is paired with the receiver).
I would prefer to just use my phone in place of the receiver, because the receiver is cheap and doesn’t work so well (and i cant believe it can't be done).
I thought two options could be:
1 using the phone as a bluetooth receiver, or
2 somehow using the wifi hotspot on the phone to enable the audio from the tablet to play through the phone.
Am I strange? Any ideas? Does something already exist or is it even possible?
Thanks.
Further update - I've asked at an electronics store and they had no idea. But I have faith in the people on here. Anyone?

Hey all,
I made a thread before about a wired Xbox 360 pad not working on my Honor 10.
I now have a Saitek STK-7007F bluetooth pad.
When connected using 'Android' mode, it seems to work. However its pretty worthless.
When connected using 'Android HID Gamepad' mode, nothing even detects it. Just like the wired 360 pad.
Tried using numerous emulators and Steam Link.
Has anyone had any luck using controllers on the Honor 10?
Is there any way to fix this issue?
Thanks
I should note, both the OTG cable with 360 pad and the Bluetooth controller in HID mode work fine on my old Nexus 6P.
