I was on dagr8 ics alpha 2 and decided i wanted to switch back. So i installed the latest saurom rom 7.1 and was wondering if the ics tmobile modems still worked on it? I havent gotten to test it because i am having too many fcs which is saying from calendar prob cus the ics calendar is different and i restored my sys apps and data from titanium backup
The ICS modem works fine on stock bell and telus Rom.

I've been wanting to be able to switch between roms from day to day fast and quick so I tried backing up my project-v 2.2 rom then flashing malice v5 2.3.4 with gb bootloaders and then restoring back to project-v for the battery but it didn't work and instead went into a bootloop until I went back and restored malice which made it work fine .... later I odin-ed and put 2.2 back but I want to know is the idea of switching between roms by restoring backups in clockwork possible? if it works does it only work for restoring roms of the same android version as your current one (ex --> restoring another 2.2 while on 2.2)?

Not sure if this is the correct place to post this queation...
i have updated to 4.0.4 and not really liking the black & blue and the way some of the programs come out... I know you can't downgrade back to 2.3.6 GB but wondered if there was a GB ROM that i could flash on my phone...
Hope someone can help...

Has anybody gotten wifi tether to work on the stock leaked 4.3 firmware?
I'm using android revolution and flashed the 1500 firmware and it's working fine. On 4.1 I had to install a mod but I would be careful cause it might not work on this firmware. Someone else should confirm, but I tried to install the back button long press mod on 4.3 and it didn't work.

I had flashed my phone I think to cm7 then to cm9 unofficial by team acid/w semaphore then I was trying to upgrade it to cm 10 with no luck formatted incorrect messed up cache in recovery then tried use odin and that failed maybe due to old semaphore version perhaps.
Anyways it bricked it for minute til I realized odin still detected it when I put it download mode (it didn't show download mode even)
Got it back using a tmobile gingerbread rom. 2.3.6.
Whats the best way to get it back to cm9 or cm10?
Go in recovery mode and flashed cm10 twice, consecutive. There are many great Roms.

T-mobile stopped supporting this phone with Froyo 2.2. If you flashed a T-mobile gingerbread rom then you must have the galaxy s 4g (t959).

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to install the pacman paranoid 3.99 rom on my note 2 but whenever I install it, I get no signal or internet connectivity. I can turn on WiFi though. I already tried using the latest cwm, twrp and philz but none of them work.
My note 2 was unlocked back in 2012 when vraljb was out and I recently flashed the mj9 firmware to run alliancerom.
Anyone have any idea how to flash a 4.3 non tw ROM after upgrading to MJ9?
Do I have to Odin back to 4.1.2 (like vraljb) in order for it to work properly?
Or is my phone just acting up and people are able to go back and forth between nontw 4.3 ROMs, 4.3 tw ROMs and 4.4.2 non tw ROMs freely?
Thanks in advance!

I would have to say its your phone.. I am able to go back and forth with no issues.. You sure no one else on that ROM is experiencing those issues?
I flop back and forth from Nebula to PA 4.4.2

I can swap between AOSP 4.4.2 roms and TW 4.3 roms, but not AOSP 4.3 and the other two.
However, I was able to get PACMAN 4.3 running fine, so I'm okay. Strange that the others don't work though..

I wanted to go back to 4.3 AOSP for a few reasons
4.3 is the last version of android with browser reflow
Pacman and paranoid roms have halo built in, and runs smoother than xhalofloatingwindows
:good: thanks for replying!
