You don't have to be a farmer to know what sh*t smells like.

Can someone point me to a guide or give me some quick info on where to get boot animations, and how to install them. This thread is the closest one in the Q section that deals with boot animations. Thanks.

[Q] Please Help!! Atrix wont bootup! Can pay for your help, Thanks

So i was on HKTW 2.3.4 with an unlocked bootloader and rooted, and i loaded dorians redpill on my phone and used recovery to install it and it wouldnt get past the dual core screen when booting up!?? I dont know why it didnt work or what to do now any help is greatly appreciated.
I can offer to pay you some money from paypal for your time as well (Not a lot but around 20$).
Thanks for any help!
Download and install the newest version of CWM here... http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=15029226
and then reflash dorians red pill.
The reason being is that the new roms are made for the new CWM version.

oh ok thanks!
One more question though, it says-- Please Remove install_recovery.sh located in your /system/etc/ ,so that the recovery will not be overwrite to stock one
but if i cant boot up my atrix how can i do that and install it?
Sorry and thanks so much for your help if you would like i can pay you for your time because this is really helping me.
Even though it says that, you really don't need to. I never have when I flash new CWM versions and it works perfectly. Also, when your booted up on the newest rom of your choice, I suggest downloading rom manager off of the market and installing the latest official CWM, from clockwork.

it gets overwritten on a reboot. (took me a while to realize this on the bell gb rom.) that won't be what prevents you from booting.

[Q] Possible to flash a new modem?

Hey all,
I was just curious to know if it's possible to flash a new modem file just by itself like many people do with Samsung and HTC phones?
Just asking as I am one of many who experience the UP arrow of H+ data getting 'stuck' and then being forced to reboot to get data working again.. Flashing a new modem file is apparently how the Galaxy S II folk manage to circumvent this issue.
Thanks in advance and as always thank you so much devs for your hard work and tireless nights!

Yes. They are stickied in the dev folder I think. You need to fastboot flash them though.

Great question to ask, and I too have done this a lot on my SGS. I've been wondering myself what the proceedure was for the Atrix...

They're called radios. Look on the fruitcake post, there are some CWM flashable ones on there.

if you still see the Samsung splash, you need to odin the gingerbread bootloaders.. Then you will see the glitch splash. I'm not sure how to customize that.. So I'll step aside and let someone else answer

[Q] Custom Boot Animation?

I'm pretty sure is possible to change the boot animation on the Droid DNA, I just have no idea how to do it.
Does anybody have a guide or know how to install a custom boot animation on the Droid DNA? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have a thread started in the Themes & Apps forum with some custom boot animations and instructions. I'm on my phone right now so I can't post a link, but it's still close to the top.

That is the kernel splash screen you're referring to. No one likes that sound or logo from my experience so your only going to find that on stock. If you want it that bad just flash back to stock 2.1 with Odin, changing a logo of a kernel is complicated to say the least. You can check this link out though http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1971915
