Request(rom)|Samsung Galaxy S 5.0 - Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0, 5.0

Would love if someone would bring me a rum with a Hebrew instrument
thx

anyone?

Hi, have you tried More Locale app? Go to Google Play and type: More Locale or More Locale 2. Maybe there's an option for you. (I know you asked for a ROM but, if it doesn't exist - and as far as I know, it doesn´t - this is an option.)

[Q] Android 4.2 swpye keyboard with other language

Hi everyone!
I just tried out Android 4.2 swype feature and I think it is really cool. Although, my mother language is not English, so I downloaded a Hungarian dictionary to my device. So far so good... But unfortunately, swype is not working for my language, although it works for English.
Also, it suggests words to correct my badly typed words, but it doesn't auto correct them.
I have set everything in the Language & input to make this work in Hungarian, but unfortunately no luck so far.
Anyone knows what could be the problem, and how can it be solved?
Thank you so much in advance.
Pull the latinime.apk from the cm10.1 version for your device and replace it with the apk that is already on your device in system/apps! Don't forget to fix permissions and make a backup of it with titanium backup. Works for me!

I dont know how to root this particular phone.
same phone
You have to set the time, date, and time zone to get google play to work on this phone. I just got one and that made it work. Still not sure how to remove the chinese from it, though.
BTW: It's already rooted and unlocked. Mine is an S822D Baidu Hot Pepper, AKA MTK6588, AKA LA-I Dual Core (even though it has quad core)

Download the app morelocale 2 from the play store, you can change your systems language to whatever you want. To change it back to the default you have to go to the settings app.
