Rma questions - Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime

I did a quick search and found little information on this, sorry if I missed something.
So I am all set up for my Rma. I was wondering what I had to do as far as unrooting, my bootloader is still locked. How should I unrooting? And is that all I should do along with factory reset.
Thanks!

You shouldn't loose root. Before I was unlocked I did a factory reset and kept root

The exploit still has to be packaged in a way non-devs can use it.

Droid dna hard brick

As the title states, I hard bricked my DNA! Testing for a better cause. So, I'm wondering. Has anyone else hard bricked? And if so, did u get it unbricked? I'm sending in to the jtag team. Its 60 bucks and it takes only 3-5 days. Anyone use these guys yet? Mobiletechvideos.com.
Thanks guys.

2 things.
1. If it's completely fried can't u just send it to Verizon and get a replacement?
2. I did the same thing and thought I bricked my phone. I was playing with flash gui And bam black no lights no nothing I panicked played with it for hours and after Putting it on the wireless charger. Still no lights came on but the charger light. Left it for a few hours played with it more nothing left it in the charger another few hrs Batt light flashes after 2 more hours the phone got into fast boot try that

Good luck withe jtag team! Let us know how it works out.
Kudos for not attempting a warranty replacement on a device that doesn't have warranty issues!
Did you (and the other developers) figure out the partition for the flag? Hopefully those that utilize that solution kick in a few bucks to the beta testers > you!

Out of curiosity, where's this Splash Flasher? may be a good idea to let others know so they don't do the same thing...
I wonder which partition it flashed... Must've been one of the sbls'...

I have a feeling it's either from a different device or its an unreleased tool.

Its an unreleased tool. For team dart. We were attempting to get it working on the DNA. Unfortunately my device took a hit trying to get this off the ground and running. Ill get it fixed for 60.00 though any day of the week!

Thanks for taking one for the team. Hopefully jtag can fix it.

[Q] Is there any way to downgrade an S4?

I think I know the answer to this but I figured I'd ask. I don't care how hard it is to do, I want to do it!!
+1

No. A qfuse is blown with each upgrade that prevents you from downgrading

As of now, once you take an update there is no way to go back.
