Hello,
Is there any rom with stock kernel and has sense 3.6 out there?
I only see ICS with sense 3.6.
Many thanks!

all of the sense 3.6 roms have stock kernel
sense 3.6 is specific to ICS, so every sense 3.6 to 4.0 (maybe 4.5) rom will be ICS based.

As far as I know, there are no Gingerbread Roms with sense 3.6 (if that's what you meant), but as eternity said, the ics roms have the ics version of the stock kernels.

Hey so I rooted my thunderbolt which is 2.11.605.19 gingerbread
So what roms and kernels are compatible with this version or what would work.
anyone have any advice?
This doesn't exactly answer your question but:
Check the Development section for ROMs.
Personal opinion: upgrading to Ice Cream Sandwich is worth it, rather than sticking with Gingerbread. Try santod040's ROMs if you like Sense.
You can basically run any gb or ics Rom with any radio or kernel. As long as the kernel is built for whatever Rom you are running be it sense or aosp. The ota ics seems to run best on the latest radios. There is no custom kernel yet for ics Roms. Not until its released by HTC.

i am having a problem flashing the negalite rom whenever i flash it i am getting distortion whenever i am in a call. so i have to flash back t my smooth criminal rom i was reading on the negalite thread about having to revert back to sense 4.0 but im on sense 3.6 and i dont know how to change just the sense version and not the rom i couldnt find a way to install negalite with sense 4.0 does anyone have any ideas or a way to help
The Sense version is tied to the ROM, so you have to change ROMs to change Sense versions.

I just saw something strange...my kernel version its not the same as it was 2-3 days ago...what may cause this change...and also when I install ckpv5s ROM myONEdx RC4.0 it says in the software information myONEdx RC4.0 but HTC sense version is 4.1. Any ideas ?
Because myONEdx RC4.0 is an ICS ROM with android 4.0.4 and Sense 4.1

Sense 4+ means sense 4.5/Jelly Bean. Not sense lite.

Does anyone happen to have a flashable Stock ICS ROM (Sense 4.1)? Preferably the last one before Jelly Bean. I'm looking to port it to the HTC One V as a project.

I have the HTC One AT&T (JB 4.3) and i just flashed the PAC rom(4.3). I want to flash the ElementalX kernel and there is a kernel for sense based roms and sense based jelly bean roms. I was wondering what is the difference between a Sense based rom and a Sense based Jelly Bean rom? Which one do i flash to my phone? I dont want to end up with a $600 paperweight. And also what is an AOSP based rom?
I suggest doing some reading before flashing anything

Do not flash the elementalx kernel or you may brick your device or put it in a bootloop. Those are for sense based roms only. PAC rom is an AOSP (stock Android) based rom. Try looking for kernels for AOSP roms.

Alright thanks for telling me that. I am looking for a kernel that lets me use the htc logo as a button and ElementalX is the first one i came across. Does this kernel work with my rom? If not, can you recommend a kernel that lets me use the htc logo as a button?

It's for cyannogenmod, it may work for PAC rom. Make a backup just in case
