How long does it normaly take for archos to repair an broken Archos 101 g9? Mine is received (track and trace) on 7-June-2012 and i'm not able to trace my rma on the archos site? Anyone have experience with this rma service?

In the US, mine only took a couple days, a couple days more for it to ship back plus i had to wait over the weekend.

The same thing happened to me, i just contacted the ones who sold it to me and said that it wouldnt charge, and they fixed it. (That is actually a problem with the Xperia)
So my advice is: Contact the people who sold it to you, and say it wont charge

Hi,
I have the same problem. But when I sent back my x10 mi-December to SE, I got it back 2 weeks later without repair. The said that the usb connector is broken and it's not covered by the warranty. Now, I have contacted my vendor directly and I am waiting for their answer.
The usb problems seems very common with the x10. If the vendor won't repair the phone, I will try to take legal action against them and SE. I have already contacted a government service here in France and they told me that they should repair it.
Is there some else who managed to get his phone repaired?
just today my center button does not work? is there something i dont see that can dissable it or is it hardware failure? how long was the warranty on the streak 5, i purchased it about a year ago.

Warranty is 1 year, if you bought it in 2011 you still have a short amount of time to get it serviced.
i called dell and they are sending a refurbished phone to me but should i worry about what rom i have on it? i am running 360 rooted now so will i be ok if i just hard reset the phone before returning it? and how bad are the replacement phones they said they would send a phone restored to working condition yikes

Gary Key, wrote that all non-North Americans should contact their local Asus Support. I asked ASUS DK what they knew about this issue and possible solution.
They knew zero..

I know it has been asked before but i have found no solutions. has anyone found a replacement or had one made? i dont want to send it to viewsonic and be out a tablet for a month (thats even if they still take them for repairs).
why dont companies just send you the parts. i have the same issue with my laptop trying to get a new housing because this one is cracked.
Hello, before I start : sorry for my bad english
My Asus Transformer Prime have the same Problem withe the unlock tool.
It didnt work and i had attempted to downgrade and upgrade all time....
I contacted the Asus Support, they enter the Serial into the system and i checked it again.
But it didnt work...
The he said i must send to the RMA.. Last Friday i sent it to RMA CZ and now the Tablet ist back!
I start the tablett, loggin in Google and Wlan Account. Download the Unlock tool and installed it.
And now ? It didnt work! On the Paper there stand : Touch screen Function Error
Then i called the Support Asus and they said he can doing nothing and i should go to
Media Markt and they shoud do anything..
what is that?? The Tablet is from Asus and not from Media Markt. I buyed the Tablet on 14.April.2012...

No i am from austria. I had called the support and they know about the problem and i shoud send it to rma. And now it is back and nothing. Today i go to media markt and give the tablet back and buy a other...
