Perhaps this might help you, too:

Do I need to have a working razr to get this?

you will need 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.EU and Blur_Version.651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.EU.zip from there: xda, rsd lite from xda and root + recovery zip from here:xda. Then you should have all files you need to do this.

sorry for being the noob i dont quite follow, got the files but one appears to be spdrem 01.6.5.1-167 flashing this with rsd gives cdt.bin fail ????????

I've heard quite awhile users on ICS having this same issue. The solution that seems to work is flash a stock rom again.
Since you're in the chinese leak using that cid hack I think you gonna need to flash it over again and wipe everything just to make sure.
Also, you may have not flashed back the kernell for this leak and its conflicting with your current setup.
Aftet rooting it did you flashed back your actual version kernell?
Cheers

Yes, i tried flashing again... the same problem persists...
how do i ensure that the kernel has been flashed back?
do u want me to erase the internal memory also?
also, which stock rom can i go back to.?.. the current kernel version is 3.0.8
is there a possible way to go back to gb asia? or atleast the older china 4.0.4?
Yes,
wipe everything after flashing through stock recovery

Well. You cant flash the older chinese. Try wipe everything before flash ics again.

no, 145 has a different boot403.img....
just replace the boot403.img and boot404.img and use the old china leak root method...
also, remove the boot404.img and place the 145's boot.img....
remember to modify the .bat file....
hit thanks if i helped....
i'm getting the way to move to Retail.en.EU. is there any fastboot avaliable to download rather than OTA update.?

Rds Lite with the sbf files from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1747800
If you whant there is an update for tht version with shoul improove battery life and the radio
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1755764
The instruction to isntall the second update are in the first post
I forgot, if you install from rds lite maybe you need to wipe data/cache to make it work. So if you don't want to do it (but i suggest you to do it and make a backup with titanium, so the system will be clean) you have to update from the ota files
Thanks for the reply - Will give this a go when I get home later on!
How do I get RSD to pick up the downloaded zip.. What do I use to extract it?

You have to unzip it, then with rds lite you have to select the xml file that is inside the sbf files
Managed it- upgraded to rsd 5.7 and it picked it straight up

Motorola xt910 Stuck in fastboot mode
Hi guys,
I have a motorola xt910 verizon that a friend of mine gave it to me, and its stuck in the fastboot mode it was running a 651.167.22.XT910.Retail.en.fr, when I tried to flash another rom via rsd it failed, and I also tried vi flashme.bat but it failed again.
So, I was trying to flash a ics rom, I was told that first I had to flash the 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.fr version.
Does anyone can help me find that 651.167.26.XT910.Retail.en.fr version to flash it via rsd?

[Q] Bricked Bootloader XT910

Hello, guys!
I could not found another thread about my specific problem here.
So, I'm sorry if there's one already...
I have installed CyanogenMod 10.1 (JB 4.2.2) Nightly on my XT910.
All good.
When I installed back "BootMenu Manager", it said that my bootloader was not hijacked.
So, I do hijacked the bootloader and rebooted the phone.
And here my problem begins.
My bootloader is bricked!!
I could not found a way to hijack it again.
It is booting directly to Fastboot and waiting for a valid flash.
I was looking for some custom ClockWorkMod img recovery files, but I'm not lucky at all.
Please, is there a way to unbrick my phone?
Thank you very much
You can always flash fastboot files to get back to stock which you can find in the dev section ( flash with rsd lite )
But be sure to flash correct fastboot!! If you were on ics flash ics fastboot, if you were on jb flash jb fastboot
Do you know which system version you had previous to flashing 4.2.2 ?

Hi!!
My previous version was 4.0.4.
The version 4.2.2 worked perfectly before I try to manualy update BMM 0.2.7 to 0.3.4.
A friend recomended me to try the oficial rom from Motorola (version 4.1.2).
It replaces the bootloader, the kernel and the system itself.
Now it's working perfectly, but I lost root =(
Anyway, thank you very much for the help!!!
I'll be carefull next time

how to convert xt910s (korean skt) to international, asian or european

hello guys
yesterday i bought Motorola RAZR XT910S
its a korean and boot with SKT logo
system version : 67.42.51.xt910s.skt.en.kr
model : xt910s
android : 4.0.4
firmware configuration version : gas_asia_spydericsskt_poo9
baseband : u_kr_04.04.00r
build number : 6.7.4-27_sa-51
it has sms issue (80 characters) and some others like brightness remain full on auto brightness but sensor works fine (using LUX app and its working fine)
Now I wanna convert it to international, retail en us or asian version
the only related thing i found is http://xt910ks.blogspot.com/
so any here converted his/her korean xt910 to other regions? if so how
Thanks
I can't provide you in details since there're are guides for it but briefly you'd have to delete cid with fastboot or bmm but make a backup of it before deletion. You can flash all XT910 firmwares with fastboot just don't forget to delete the cdt.bin line from the RSD LITE XML files that you'd flash. This way cdt.bin partition on your device will not be upgraded to 5 or 7 and stay version 4 which is ICS.
Better create a nandroid backup of your stock rom with bmm recovery and provide necessary files from your device to find stock fastboot of XT910S ICS to firmware-team ?

this guide could be good starting point. Remember that the guide was made for Retail.EU XT910. You still need to delete cid, if you want to flash other region fw. For further questions, use the following thread.
