Hi, I have an Xperia Ray, and the screen is scratched everywhere with small scratches that seem to refract the light from the screen and make multicolored effects. I have some kind of OCD and I really can't stand this. How much would it cost to get it fixed. Or do you guys know any 'solution' to fix this myself? Thanks

I've had my x10 mini for about a week now and there seems to be hairline cracks appearing at the bottom where the headphone jack is. its not really visible unless looked at under a super bright light like a fluorescent light or something.
should i take it back and get it fixed? its just seems to make "creaking" sounds now and then...
just wondering if i was the only one...
Just stop looking , JK - I don't think sony will cover Physical Damage , you can always try though!! All the best

No you are not the only one. Mine makes creaking sound as well when I use slide out keypad. The bottom left corner of back panel is slightly loose, that makes that sound on my device. Annoying, if you ask me....

Ive no such problem - x10min
Could those of you who own a Xperia mini pro (sk17i) press on the screen, hard but not not hard! and tell me if the screen then touches the LCD underneath.
I also need to know if your screen is glass or plastic
Thanks All
I ask as my screen was damaged and it was fixed under warranty but they have put in a plastic screen (im 99% sure they have anyway) and im trying to gather some info.
You could use the Z-DeviceTest to have a reference value on the pressure. I Have a Live With Walkman, around 0.6 on the center of the screen the spot on the begins to decolor because of the pressure.
Does anyone get screen ripple when they press down on the edge of the bezel or back of the tablet? Particularly the Xperia Tablet S.
I just noticed this today with my XTS. :-/
shouldn't that be expected? o.o

Well, not with stiff glass on covering the LCD, I only noticed it yesterday and I've had my tablet since october.
I also tried this today, got slight ripples. Hardly noticable if i dont look very close.
have this asswell verry verry light can see stuff become little darker.
not like ripple tough.
I've been using my Xperia Z Ultra for 8 months but on Thursday the screen crack even though I did not dropped it. I was wearing baggy short pants around knee length and put it inside my side pocket. Honestly speaking i have no idea what happened. The front glass is smooth so i think it's an internal damage, no scratch/crack on the back glass also. Anyone had the same problem before? Should i try my luck and go to the service centre hoping that they will fix it for free? *heres a pic*h.ttp://i.imgur.com/5d68FlI.jpg

Worth. Why? Coz sony has problems with xz and xz1 and their breaking screens coz their screens are to big (physics is breaking it) and out xzu has similar screen, but bigger screen, so its more possible that screen will break "itself"

You can try, it looks like some people get them fixed ok, others not
So I have had the Xperia Z ultra for over a year, and today I have had a problem with the screen. The problem is that the screen auto-touches itself, so basically I can not do anything the phone I tried the next things to fix the issue, but the issue is still there :
- Clean the screen
- Remove the anti-shatter film
- Clean screen again
Does anybody knows a fix for this? Do I need to dimantle the phone to repair the issue?
Ok, decided to do some tests. I used a hair dryer to heat up the Z ultra screen, after that, the screen was more responsive that before (didn't go crazy, more than half of the screen was working all right.)
It is possible there was moist on the screen which caused the freak out .
