Settings shortcut. GB vs ICS/JB

On GB i could create much more shortcut from settings. Can't on 4.x, or did i miss something?

I belive no since in ICS the most of settings you commonly use (such as Bluetooth and Wi-Fi) are accesable from the main Settings window anyway.
Running applications, for example is not. There must be a way, otherwise it's non sense...

Why do I get this? Using stock and Samsung keyboard? Sending to another s3

Because you should change you input mode to automatic.
That's easily done in the settings

Yes it is, go to applications, then all applications. After that, find the app and select it...you'll see the disable option, that freezes the app.
