try it with the official ROM, if it doesn't solve the issue you need to claim the warranty of your device because it would absolutely be an hardware issue.
thanks for reply
sometimes it works normally, but more often broken. unfortunately, i already use a warranty claim for repair switch connector (slider).
i confused :confused ,is't a known as overheating issue that occurs in Mini user?
i've often re-flashing, but almost never use custom rom on my XMP.
always use the stock rom that promises stability for daily use.
my modding is just replace the kernel to get the overclock so i can play FPse emulator smoothly, except for my E15i X8 which is specially for modding.
anyone can enlighten me?

Hi all, first i´d like to receive a welcome in my first post here
I´ve tried 2.3.3 official, with franco, notouch v5 and v6 (that fixes partially the problem), AGA-Rom 1.4 with franco and both notouch... same thing.
Is there no way to fully solve this annoying bug? Is this a faulty project from LG?
I have a Galaxy Mini and its multitouch works perfectly.
I´m very disappointed with it, if there´s a full fix, please let me know.
Thanks

Our hardware does not fully support multi touch, only stuff like pinching to zoom in.

No, this is something due to the actual lcd panel used in the manufacturing of this phone.
Nothing that can be solved, improved maybe.
sad..

I know it's not the most helpful response, but there really isn't a good solution. If you choose to overclock the phone there is a price to pay. Your price unfortunately, is touch screen issues. Others have stability issues and others cannot o/c at all. Personally I think the only reason to use an o/c kernel on the Ace is for the scheduler choices.

Look man,OC is not a thing to play with,in your case it was touchscreen issues, others have other problems.Dont use oc in my opinion
Hey @icemanhi...
Firstly, your english is fine... I can understand you & I'm sure others can too...
Now, lots of people saying "Don't do it" but nobody offers help... Come on guys, give @icemanhi a break... @Prawesome is correct though to a degree... OC'ing is not for everyone but with a little care & patience, you can achieve some significant performance gains...
@icemanhi... There are a couple of things that you can try that may correct this touch screen issue that you have got. It is possible that when you flash @ketut's OC kernel, it corrupts your screen variables or changes them to un-usable values. If you search the SGA development forum you will find several scripts that enhance & tweak your touch screen (response, sensitivity etc)... some of them are flashable via CWM (clockwork Mod manager), some of them you must manually place the script in the correct location within your phone...
I suggest you try one of the flashable versions unless you are savvy to file placement & permission setting...
Flashing the screen Mod will re-callibrate your screen to the new improved variable settings, hopefully correcting any corruption that was left from flashing @ketuts kernel...
Please remember though, that I am not providing a cure, I am just suggesting a method that in theory should do the trick. I can not say I have tried this as I have experienced no problems at all using Ice cream sunday2 by @jusada... On the other hand, I have used the touchscreen tweaks (I am using them now) & they work wonderfully... I barely have to brush my screen & I get a response...hehe
Check below my signature for my Rom & setup...

Peace...
Hy guys, i have a problem, the touch screen of my xperia neo V with original rom .562 4.0.3 + unlocked bootloader + alliance kernel in any games(like ANGRY BIRDS ALL VERSION, CAN KNOCKDOWN) do not work!!
Is the kernel the problem? or this games are not compatible with ICS?
I have same problem and I find out that most of the games are not compatible with ICS
and I thinl alliance kernel also have something to do with it SO I am flashing new kernel

Nothing releated to kernel...
that games doesnt support ics yet.
and about angry birds simple restart will sholve that problem...
and @darkerm, if the games you have tried are not working that doesnt mean that most of all are not working...
and dont expect that all old games will support ics...

Well, I have tried many games but 70% them didn't worked
BTW, I wasn't saying that All Games doesn't work. And I didn't meant the when games doesn't work, kernel have problem. I was saying that Alliance kernel have bugs So I am looking for a good Kernel for NEO Stock ICS. IF you know one can you give me the link?

Stock ics kernel here, but gaming is not kernel related.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=26703876
Btw this thread has been in the top five posts in Dev section all day....
the answer is in many posts, the majority of games have not yet been optimized for ics, it is not ROM or kernel, or Sony but the app developers themselves that need to fix it, if gaming is a deal breaker for you go back to GB.

If you wanna go to GB then i would recommend you Codename 7 by emannxperia.
Its the fastest and most stable GB rom for neo V.
hm, in the sample video it doesent seems much faster than my 4.0.3
when i think back i think to remember that the apps were instant open when i clicked on contacts or some other app... do i maybe just remember wrong?

Hi, if you have unlocked bootloader you can try Polish blood. Fastest among the few roms I've tried. If you're into customization, give Miui4 a shot. Both are ICS 4.0.4 btw, though they are much better than the stock one.

and if you have locked bootloader you can try jj's hybrid faster and lighter then stock 4.0.4 and stable...
JJ's Hybrid: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1542115
I also recommend you the Polish Blood if u have an unlocked bootloader. It is really the fastest rom I've ever used. I became obsessed with free ram issue and this rom has more than 200 mb free ram. It has some minor bugs but they are not important for me now and they will also be fixed in the next releases. No need to go back to 2.3.4 I think. 4.0.4 is also good now.
If you care about visualization or something different you can try miui roms like Dctuazon mentioned too.
However you can not know if you do not try. It is your choice!!
i already installed 2.3.4 again :S
i also installed the codename 7 and its really really fast
it was a lot of work to reinstall the whole phone but now it works ablolutly perfect.
thanks to all

Hello,
I have Sola for 6 months by now and it was a hell of a phone till i decided to upgrade to ICS. After that, my performance decreased signifcantly and I can't even do simple tasks. Tasks which a low end phone can do, even better then mine, such as the simple Galaxy Y S5360. And, yes, i get pissed when I look this phone behaving better then mine.
I tried to downgrade to GB, to upgrade to ICS, install a custom ROM of ICS and etc. Lately i tried Munjeni JellyBean, and after that, eXperience Innovation ROM. All of them have a good performance, but still, they do poorly then the Galaxy Y.
I miss my performance and i want to ask you guys, how the hell can i have my phone acting like a real dual-core phone?
Hope you guys can help me
Thanks

The jb roms are not really stable yet. You can try experience v2 rom which is ics based rom and then if you have an unlocked bootloader u can change kernels or even oc ur device. And also what di you mean by slower?

I mean that i can't even multitask with dolphin browser and some other app without having major slowliness in the phone. Or anything that my phone can possibly do (by his specs) and is not being able to do it. I have to uninstall Facebook app and Messenger app cause they crap the hell out of my phone.
Won't the GB experience would be faster/more efficient? Can't you guys reccomend me any "THE ****" rom for Sola? I mean...a kernel and a rom that can really bring me the experience of having a good phone (again).
Thanks

I'm installing Speedy Sola v5.5 now and eXperience™ v2...I will report in a few hours.
I've tried to install the kernel via CWM and my phone got stuck on the boot screen.
Tried with 2 SpeedySola kernels already (ICS and JB) and they do not work.
Just reporting.

Wait there is a kernel for the experience v2 included i the zip u fastboot that first and then u copy the kernel in sd then flash it via recovery. Or if you already do that try wiping data. Hope that helps

I was randomly installing kernels (dumb attitude) until my phone just can't run CWM anymore. Nor being at flashmode or fastboot @usb connection.
What the heck can i do?

But i have a little feeling inside of me telling me that it will suck soon...so, i'm gonna give a chance to eXperience then.

Root it and debloat it asap. It would fly on and won't get back to Earth then, I bet.
Back up always before doing stuff
Before even thinking about installing new roms, kernels, mods, tweaks.. anything be sure that you've backed up using recovery and have saved it not only on your phone but your pc also.. that way if anything f***s up, all you need to do is restore and your saved.
Okay, i need your guys help again.
My phone did great till now, but its kinda slow already. So, i want to upgrade the kernel/rom/whatever to make it fly again. Would you guys recommend me some updates?
I was thinking of "eXperience Innovation" or maybe "Ultimate Rom V11". Those roms will make my phone better? As i said previously, I just need my phone behaving like a dual-core powerful phone as it is.
Thanks :cyclops:
Install cm9 or cm10.1. best roms for our phones, hands down
I suggest that you must try project xvr rom, its more stable and really smooth, no problem with multitasking, etc.
