First we need some info:
- It's your phone rooted?
- Did you tried with some file manager (root explorer, es explorer, etc)
- Did you mounted the filesystem with write permissions?

With root explorer, do you get any message? Did you mount the system folder as r/w, before trying to paste the file? You do this by pressing the grey button that is in top of "root explorer".
Change the owner to 'root'
It tell me.is mountet as r/w. ..and also system is as root but i can't...
Srry for my english
Sent from my GT-I5800
You have to change the owner of the app itself by long pressing it and select change owner. Set both to 0 - root or something.
Btw do this with root explorer.
I don't have a "change owner" option.

What do you mean you can't? Do you get any error message? Or you just don't know how to copy?
Mate you told me in the last post to long press on fmradio.apk and to change owner.....the problem is i don't have this option in root explorer and when i press "write" on permission it doesn't save.

Its the permissions, when about to upload the system app you must set the permissions to the correct one that the package installer supports but the permissions that the application you have got has the system permissions set which means the permissions set on the application only works for system apps.
How to fix:
Install Root Explorer
Open Root Explorer
Move the file to /system/app/
Change=
User: R/W
Group: R/O
Others: R/O
To=
User: Read, Write, Execute
Group: Read, Execute
Others: Read, Execute
So basically a shape of a bridge.

That is just how to make it a system application, just do the reversed way to make it installable for package manager but their is a chance that the application must be a system application for some reason (launcher etc.)
Remember that if it fails then it is just not compatible.

How to revert back to stock xperia boot animation?

So I installed Prototypell's ROM, and I had this droid like boot animation, which is laggy. I want to have my original xperia boot animation on jb.
How do I get back?
Extract the bootanimation from ftf (there is a tutorial on how to do that)
I short extract system.sin using winrar
Dump data of system.sin using flashtool
U will get a system.ext4 worth 1gb
Use ext2read that file and save system folder
In system/media/bootanimation
Change permissions to rw-r-r
