The 2 roms are not stable till now, better to wait for next release.

If you're asking this question, none. Wait for it to be stable.
and when will I know that they will be stable ??? FPX131 will be stable ?
Now I have CM 9, but it's ok, all function work, I think . I only have that sometimes the menu blocks.

Does any one know when is the stable rom of CM9 releasing??? as I am currently using nightly version of cm 9 like every one....
Nobody knows that! Not even the devs who are working hard on it and doing a great job, so best be patient as it will not be too soon
1st rule of CM: Don't ask for ETA's. Ever. About anything.
Ok

Alright then I should downgrade to cm 7 until stable cm9 gets released because my phone turns off itself randomly. Can I install cm7.1 same way like I did for cm9 in CWM Recovery?
do all wipes , wipe data fatory reset, wipe cache, wipe dalvik,
also recomended format system (only) from mounts and storage, then select zip to install...

Using the latest nightly and it works just fine, in fact it's working so nice that I might skip week or so of updates until something major comes. CM9 is my daily driver for last few days.

Hello,
I installed 10.1 cm on my xperia mini pro (SK17i) (mango) and I wonder if there is a way to be notified that an update is available? I do not think CM Updater menus.

what u mean is a ota update. at this time its not avaiable in cm 10.1 (& others too)
the best think u can made is top add the download page of LX cm 10.1 builds as favorites, so u can look once a day

ota updates are all bit tricky there can go many stuff wrong as far as i know ota wont work properly so its not implemented in our cm builds.
not to confuse cyanogenmod had (has) a ''update'' feature but this only downloads the newest cm build, but still u have to flash it manually using CWM...
the cm account stuff is introduced few time ago in 10.2 i dont know so uch about it (bcuz never use).
i use cm10.1 but i want a rom more fast
cm 11 more fast then 10.1 !!!

Yeah.
Cm11 is better.
But if u don't know how to use a low end phone, everything will be slower.
He'd find a developer who could build a rom based OmniROM? Is there a reason why is not such a rom? I'm just a user. I do not understand how to build rom. Thank you for your explanation. I would also like if there was a developer who would rom.
Excuse my bad English.
So many ROM we had actually, so why don't u choose developed ROM instead of asking for a new ROM.

Maybe because it would not have the bug camera?

No the bug of camera and led flash dont come from the ROM itself instead of the missing proper libs due to xiaomi half baked source. I am pretty sure if xiaomi released the new kernel or source the bug of camera n flash will be gone.
Alternatively u may use MM based custom ROM like RR MM, AOKP MM or even LinageOS MM as they will be as solid as miui MM, in a simple words the aforementioned bugs isn't present on all of those released.
Be smart and keep thinking guys.

Rom based on Android 6 already stopped development of last year. I am using a Nexus rom. Security is outdated. No. I want to again use miui.
