not aware of any method for temp rooting. why not fully root it?

Certain cable providers like time Warner won't allow you watch live tv on their app. Some games too when rooted

You can fully root and then you can use the SuperUser app to temp unroot.

Only Temp Root that the Amaze had was on 1.36. Since then, it was always a perm root.

Can someone link me to the guide that instructs how to pull bloat apks through adb?
In the hospital right now so it's hard. And thank you so much for everything you've done all of you

I'd just borrow someones computer for 15 minutes. Im sure you know someone who has one. Download all the files to your phone so all you have to do is install the drivers, run the program and uninstall it if they want.
or you can do the dock method at a sprint store if you are brave enough...
I found computer... Is there a linux root method

I rooted the photon only using the phone. Downloaded the file to sd. Then used terminal emulator to run 3 commands..done..so easy.

Did you get it figured out yet? Looks like you would be successful using the Photon Torpedo method using just your phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1216131

Cheers bud haha I'm not a noob It's cool

To just deny internet access, try Droidwall. It's a great app, and the process it uses (changing the iptables) is much more reliable than whatever method the other app uses. I've tried Permissions Denied and it seems to work occasionally but not all of the time.

(Q)Barclays bank pingit app

Sorry if this is in the wrong section.
I am in the uk,however my question is that the app won't run on a rooted device. As stated in there description on the play store.
If I use the voodoo temp unroot app will this work. If so what steps do I need to take.
Thanks for looking and helping.

I tried ping it on an unrooted hox and it will not install because it thinks my pone is rooted. I can live without ping it...

I don't think that un roots it. I uninstalled it on my wife's phone and was still able to use apps that required root.

Only if you ask permission first.
That's why you root. What did you think you did it for?
