Try these: http://d.pr/ixua
So whenever I try to use the nss software (i'm trying to simunlock my phone) I keep on getting:
Looking for phone...Done.
IMEI:
Changing phone mode...Done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Looking for NAND disk...Not found.
Things to check:
1. Is the phone connected?(Plug to the USB)
2. Is it in the correct mode?(Try to switch to OSBL mode)
3. Have you installed the Qcom loader ?(Use the Install button)
I have the Qcom loader, but don't know why this errors showing? I've also installed all the drives etc...
I would really appreciate the help
Bump. Anyone?
I have the same problem! I am going to try to uninstall all the drivers I download and then re-install NCS. If that doesn't work, Im gonna plan an emotional funeral for my Lumia 800

Im trying to get my Lumia 800 into recovery mode. This is what i do:
(I use Nokia Care Suit to update to WP7.8)
1. disconnect USB
2. Power off device
3. hold VOL UP button
4. keep holding VOL UP and insert USB cable
5. keep holding VOL UP till i feel a vibration.
6. Pray it will all go well.
My prayers have not helped. Everytime the phone vibrates again and does a normal startup.. What am i doing wrong?

Qualcomm bootloader
Windows 8 x64 & Linux Ubuntu. Both dont work.
Edit:
Windows device manager shows a "Windows Phone" under undefinded. But that disappears after a few second as my Nokia Lumia 800 reboots. Then it is recognised as a Lumia 800.

In Nokia Care Suite drivers folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia\Nokia Care Suite\Drivers) try to install the drivers again, for me it works
Thank you for your help. But unfortunately it does not work.
Everytime i try to get into recovery mode, the phone does connect, i hear a connection sound on my Windows 8 machine. Then the phone restarts into normal mode and zune starts.
I had the same issue...
And in Nokia Fuse, the device is available, but in the combobox of Nokia Care Suite, it doesn't appear...
Anyone can help us?

It could be that you're using the wrong format of driver. I had to install the x64 driver. check the computer you're on and install the x64 or x32 driver for it.
next, why are you trying to access recovery mode? you dont need to - with these drivers Nokia Care Suite does it itself.

Thank you for your answer.
I have Win 8 x64, so i installed the x64 version of the drivers. But no luck.
When i try to use Nokia Care Suit, the programe looks for the latest software (7.8) then it wants to install it on the phone, restarts te phone and then i get a message that the connection has been lost. And i need to turn off the phone, and do that whole VOL UP thing again. But the computer never ever recognices the phone in recoverymode. The Lumia 800 just boots up normally.
Watch out before flashing and losing a lucky qualcomm bootloader

Try to remove and wait for the automatic installation of the drivers from Windows Update (if you're using Windows Vista /7/8 ).

Hey everyone,
so I'm trying to flash CWM again on my p760 after i had to factory reset with the LG tool (since.... i'm dumb and had my cwm backup removed from my card before....... i hate myself), but since Windows 8.1 is a *** i'm just not able to install the omap drivers for fastboot. When i try to search the directory windows just tells me that no drivers where found, when i install them manually i get the USB Connected sound like every second and can't do anything.
I have searched up and down for solutions...but none of them worked.
I'd also tried the Nocturnal drivers (which obviously didn't work but i'm desperate)
I even tried a VM with Windows XP setup, but i can't get the USB to pass trough my 8.1 without having the nonstop USB Connected sound....
Is there any solution? Maybe a linux flash? I've been bashing my head against this problem for hours now and just want my recovery back
ps.: i also installed the Windows Hotfix for fastboot, but to no avail.
I gave up on it. Install windows 7 instead. With windows 8 you can disable signature enforcement and install driver correctly, but not in windows 8.1.
