Miui vs cm - Sony Xperia P, U, Sola, Go

What do you recommend me CM 9 or MIUI ?? :-s And why to chose miui or CM 9
Thank you, I just need some feedback.

Choose MIUI if you like an iOS like Launcher and many security settings and your goal is Peronalize alsmost everything on the User Interface
Choose CM if you like Pure Android Feeling with many Perfomance releatet Settings
at least, both Atfermarket Firmwares are great - and only your taste can choose the one or the other

Miui
Miui is better for now , its fast , smooth , and stable
CM9 has brightness problems and when i install an OC kernel the gsm doesnt work
Miui is the better rom to be ur daily driver :good:

Cm is the father of MiUi
Sent from a Galaxy far far away.

Personally, I hate miui. Too heavy and iOS like. On Xperia S though, CM9 isn't 100% stable yet, not to mention CM10.
Long story short, I prefer CM.

You are right about MIUI. I have tried both and from what i observe CM9 or CM10 rom still not 100% working. i choose MIUI for my daily use. No problem at all. I rather wait for stable rom.:fingers-crossed:

[Q] Which rom has Better performance

hey i love the charmeleon rom but what rom has the best performance?? all i see are battery life stats
Stock Rom does
sent from my EVO LTE
Try MeanRom. Pretty decent and best in class performance thus far imo.
Try testing some different ones and choose the one that works best for your phone. Not all hardware is created equal.
/all threads similar to "which ROM should I install?"
I think in the end, there all about the same. Should one be faster than the other, it's really hard to tell, and how much speed do you really need out of one of these devices?
I tend to pick a ROM for it's looks rather than it's performance, Charmaleon has that nice tweak in it that allows you to color different parts of the UI, I would much rather have that, than have a rom that's 1/10th second faster than the other.
Just my 2 cents.

MeanROM gives me 5600+ Quadrants, if thats your thing.
With the stock kernel they pretty much all the same.

The best roms in opinion to try are meanrom, charmeleon, or viper rom. Frevo is okay. The thing about mean rom is that it gets updates frequently and is very fast and gets great battery life, so I recommend that rom

This is has been my lowest quadrant score on using mean rom so far. This should tell you something. This rom has great performance and has great battery life. If you don't know what are good quadrant scores anything above 3000 is a decent score. Please check out mean rom.

MROM
"Somebody's" CM10 with "those libs"
MROM because I need working camera/camcorder and GPS that doesn't turn my phone into a raging inferno.
Is there a reason for this thread?? If it's just to get a census of who's using what, why don't you put up a poll??
By the way I'm using Epinter's cm10.
Another newbie here
Love mrom for its stability and battery life
Looking to jump to a stable jb with good battery life. If you find one please let me know! I'll continue to read forum posts on ongoing projs.

I'm using ePinter's CM10 ROM. Great daily driver if you can live with spotty camera and no video, which I can.
I'm currently using Th3Bill's ParanoidAndroid 4.1.2 and it's an awesome ROM.

MIUI’s music player is arguably one of MIUI’s greatest native applications with a polished UI and full set of features, I, myself, have found myself missing this app from my stock Xperia P. While I can’t say it will replace streaming my music through Google Music, when it comes to playing MP3′s off my SD card, there’s no other Music app I’d rather be using. At the very least, give MIUI music a shot even, if you’re happy with your current music player. You may be surprised.

That what I need thank again
