Download goo manager from the play store. Open the app and choose install/flash open script recovery. This will get you twrp back. The bigger issue is how did you get cwm on your phone in the first place?

I believe you press settings or menu and then look for install open recovery script and click that. That should get twrp back installed.

Ok, any hboot from 1.15 and up cannot flash kernel's. That is why you cannot flash the latest meanrom because it contains a new kernel for the new base. Follow this post. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=31014758&postcount=4

Things to try....1. factory reset in the bootloader
2. Download the latest leak from the post #3 here, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1757357 rename to ph98img.zip, boot into hboot and let it install. It it will take a while as you'll see there are many items to install.
That better give you a working phone
After, rename/remove the ph98img file from your sd card.

Old firmware patch, or new firmware patch
Depends on your firmware and Rom
ICS only works with ICS firmware or you get reboots, same with gingerbread

Sounds like it might be firmware issues...s-off that thing and manually install all the required stuff. I think nils has links for everything you need in his thread for his business sense 3.6 rom. Good luck

If you followed the directions for installing the latest leak as in post#10 and it flashed correctly your phone should work. I don't know what else the problem could be.
YOu put the .zip on your SD card....took out battery...put back in...held vol down and power to boot into bootloader....it found the ph98img.zip (RUU)....took a long time to flash....all items showed 'ok' .....then booted up.....if it bootloops still...I'm puzzled..because this should give you 'stock' ICS (as closed to stock as we think it will be when the OTA comes out)
could try again. The NEW firmware patch is used if you are on ICS firmware and you try to run a GB rom.

Wow..I'm out of ideas... ebay? HTC? :crying:
Maybe try going 'all the way back' to stock by flashing one of the official OTA RUU's found in one of the sticky roll up threads. Oh, you can't do that because you are s-on.. Sorry, you'd have to do the s-off if you want to flash the older RUU....what have you got to lose at this point.

On another note if his phone is on the latest OTA 3.16.651.3 you can't run any CM,AOSP,AOKP roms because HTC updated the touch panel drivers and the screen won't work on those roms the way to tell is if his baseband ends with 1210 you can find it by going to settings/about/software info/more

I never did take the 4.4 OTA and I checked hboot and it's still on 2.46 and my radio is 1.35. I'm currently running NUsense six 4.4.2. I guess it would be wise to to go back and flash a vzw 4.3 Rom and then take the OTA?

I tried to update my firmware with the exception of the HBOOT without red text and reflashed the dark venom red TWRP. Couldn't flash the boot.img from ViperMax which is the rom I am running. Went to reboot and now my phone doesn't turn on and whenever I try to connect with adb it says device not found and any fastboot command says waiting on device. Tried closing command prompt and re-opening with administrative rights.... nothing. Tried to hard reboot by holding down power button...... nothing still. Help please?

You force a hard reboot by holding the power button + volume up button.
But does your phone say "fastboot usb" or are you actually in the bootloader menu?
How did you try to flash the boot.img? If you can get into twrp, restore a backup of your boot.img only via twrp

My screen wouldn't even come on. When I was in command prompt, fastboot commands was the only thing that would bring up something else other than a blank or device not found. Did a hard reboot (The right way lol) and before the splash screen booted I held the volume down button and got into the bootloader. Updated the HBOOT without red text and found out why I couldn't flash my boot.img. Feel so stupid because when I looked in my adb folder there was now boot.img hahaha! All is good now though so I appreciate it soooo much @Vinchenzop. You have helped a few times before and wanted to personally thank you. A donation will be coming your way soon from me. Can't wait to see how awesome ViperMax 2.0 will be! I don't know if you remeber but I was the one who asked about the possibility of ViperMax on the One Max on the Google+ group a long time ago. Thanks for all that you do.

this firmware won't work for you because it's lower than the main version installed on your device and your device is s-on
so first try to install the firmware in the link below by the same method to confirm that every thing is workin then proceed to unlocking your device and flash recovery
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B1kAXZSHj6XyUng1T21seDZlbE0/view?usp=sharing
download it the rename it the same as you do above and put it in your sd card and don't forget to remove the previous firmware first

Nope it freezes if I select recovery fastboot or any of the options. It's a bad eMMC chip or chip solder.

Did you have your antivirus disabled when attempting this? If you didnt, it will fail...I know from experience.

I would disable the antivirus and try to run it again, also make sure you downloaded the right files.
