I opened SuperUser 5 minutes ago ans I ticked "Temp Unroot" just to test it. But there's a problem : I cannot root again m'y phone becouse I can't tick/untick Temp Unroot :s
How can I root again my phone please ?

You must uninstall superuser , then download it from the market , updates binaries and should not have any problems ...
I rebooted my phone but it doesn't change anything.
How to uninstall it ? I can just deactivate it...
And how to update binaries ?

hello friends..
i rooted my galaxy s2 running ics and went everything perfect..but when i was using it to tether while doing root with superoneclick for an x8..by mistake it worked on my s2 and installed another superuser ...but i removed that superuser by unroot..but now rootchecker shows it as unrooted and supersu cant do binary updates and cant use many programmes which need root. i tried Odin flash n root once again and went fine..but result same..please advice me

try flashing Siyah kernel v3.5.2 for s2, either the .tar file thro ODIN or the .zip file from CWM recovery and see
Root again using method 1 from guide in my signature.

i wanted to update my GB Samsung Galaxy SII rom to the ICS rom.. so i wanted to start by rooting..
i rooted my phone and everything went okay and i also removed the Yellow Triangle..
my problem is.. now i want to flash a new rom to my S2..
i booted into recovery mode..
1st problem is that i didn't find a "Backup & Recovery" option as i saw in many videos..
the main problem is that i wiped the cash and the user data
but when i clicked on apply * from sdcard !!
and choosed the rom i've downloaded.. it didn't work.. i had an error saying that E: Signature Verification Failed
so.. and when i wanted to do a recovery using the CWM app.. i didn't find the backup and recovery option
if you have acsess to download mode, then reroot your phone, then you will gain acsess again to recovery & backup.

a recovery that doesn't have backup and recovery, that's the first i've heard of, what recovery is it?

Sorry, I didn't express myself correctly. I meant you can reflash a stock unrooted firmware (kernel, rom) and then root it again.
okay guys.. am so sorry for the mistake i've made.. my probles was that i was going to the reboot mode using the cwm.. not the up-home-power buttons..
i told you am still new .. i thought they are the same .. anyway...
i recovered the rom with all the apps and everything is okay now.. but
the question is why i can't flash that rom ?? .. even with the right recovery mod it's still doesn't want to be flashed. ??
could it be because of the version of the rom ! ??
and is there a way to know what rom can i flash ??
and i also have a problem.. it's that the samsung kies isn't supporting my device.. i used it once and after rooting my cell it doesnt want to work again.. ??

actually i couldn't find the exact stock firmware i was looking for.. i downloaded the most close one.. but if have the one i want i'll be really thankful
the one i want is the JPKG2..
and they always say what's important is the lastKG2 so what are the JP for ??

First off you don't need to be rooted to up grade your firmware. The best source for firmwares is Samfirmware.com where you download a tar. file then flash it in the PDA section of odin. Please read the sticky threads in this forum as there is loads of good advice and guides from expert users. All the best.

actually i tried the same way but when i flashed the CF Root --LPH my phone died !! .. i mean it begin restarting every time i turn it on..
my Baseband version is I9100XXLQ6
and the kernal version is I900JPLPH

There are a couple of methods to root. If you only want to root and not bother with custom ROMs, kernels and the like, use Rachmat3's temporary cwm to get root. Search for it.
If you wanna install custom ROMs, you could install a the TAR version of a custom kernel like siyah or dorimanx via Odin. Steps on how to do so can again be found with a simple search.

This should do,
1) Backup everything
2) Install Siyah Kernel (latest: http://www.gokhanmoral.com/?p=1536) using Odin (tar file)
3) Now you are rooted with Siyah Kernel and a CWM based recovery
4) You can then install any ROM/Kernel of your choice (if you need)
But "Search" - There are countless threads

Best option you have is to get Mobile Odin Pro (root required, try ExynosAbuse to do so).
You'll flash any stock rom and it will get you rooted while it's flashing it.
And now dont say where you will find mobile odin pro

Okay, so you are on Omega but not rooted? are you sure?
You want to flash LS8 ROM Root included.
Mobile Odin Pro is your best Option, still don't get why you don't wanna be rooted while in Omega, but still, you should have Root if you are in a custom ROM.

You have the zip file right?
Flash it via CMW then, I assume you are already rooted.
I would flash LS8 via Odin and then flash CMW & SU, but hey, it's your device.

Dont worry the fact you can get into download mode you should be good. Link below to download stock rom and instructions on how to flash-

For rooting after go to link below. If you download the zip version it puts CWM and also roots your phone which you can flash from stock recovery so wont need odin. Just make sure you download the version for your filmware ie if your build is xwlsw download the lsw version. Any problems im happy to help.

With stocks (original) firmware i would recommend Phillz kernel:

There you can select the kernel for your version of firmware, and it works really nice for me and my stock rom.
As they told you before, the yellow triangle will be there, i would recommend you not to try to take it because you could heavily break your phone, but if you want to do it anyway here you have the link for triangleaway from Chainfire:

guys how do i know if my device GT-I9100 is already rooted because after i install PhilZ-cwm6-XWLSN-OXX-4.92.8-signed.zip using apply update from external storage. after rebooting only one icon appear on my screen its name "Superuser" nothing else did my device already rooted? if rooted so how can i customized my phone? sorry cz im just new for this kind of thing.. thank you please can you give me some tutorials how customise my phone.. thank you in advance...:good:

As same on the other Thread that you opened. Download a ROOT app like Titanium Backup and if Superuser asks you for ROOT permission ur good...

i recently root my galaxy s3 - gti9300.
i used cf root (http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...3-07-2012-cf-root-6-4-supersu-cwm5-5-t1695238).
this cf root comes with built in cwm 5.5 recovery, now my question is if i can update it to the latest of cwm, and how ?
(becuase i want to flash to ArchiDroid rom and it said that you need cwm 6 + i think )

Just download the latest CWM version on this forum (not in General but in Original Development). Just put it on your device and flash it using the CWM recovery that's already on your device.
