After ICE update from rogers unit is bricked - Motorola Droid RAZR

I have a Razor from rogers, i got it 2ed hand. i was not paying attention and installed the ICE update that rogers rolled out and it installed but locked up and was rebooting at random. I tried unlocking the boot loder to install a copy of the rogers Blur_Version.651.167.3331.XT910.Rogers.en.CA but when i rebooted it after trying the unlock it goes to:
AP fastboot flash mode (S) (boot failure)
0a.6c
to retunt to normal mode first press power key to powe down
device is locked. stats code 0
battery ok
OK to program
transfer mode:
USB connected
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system): Invalid SP data
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system
Invalid CG OTV (CG: system)
what do i do i have no idea and all my searching has not yelled any ideas

How did you unlock the bootloader? You should try doing my recovery process, just be sure to have a copy of the Rogers OTA update on an external SD card...

You can't unlock boot loader on the RAZR... you could follow danifunker's instructions in the Rogers ICS OTA thread to flash gb base and upgrade to ICS I believe that should be enough to fix a faulty upgrade...

I was trying to restore using Safestrap. I have done this before using the same exact file on the same external SD card. When it was done I got the "successful" message and rebooted the phone. But now the phone will not boot. I get the red DUAL CORE logo for a 1/2 second then I get the following message in white letters...

Device id LOCKED. Status Code: 0
Battery OK
OK to Program
Connect USB Data Cable

I can get it into the menu by pressing both volume buttons and power button. But no matter what option I get, it results in the above response.
Can anyone help me with this please?

You have to flash a rom with RSD lite, pick a file from here:

I have tried to flash my RAZR XT910 (EMEA) but something goes wrong and it's bricked.
Now I can use AP Fastboot only and If I select "Normal Powerup" or "Recovery" or "BP Tools", I get the "Dual Core" Motorola logo for a while, and then the following screen:

I flashed the ROM Blur_Version.673.94.324.XT910.MERetail.en.06 (6.7.3-94_SPI-324) - Retail Asian through RSD, the result was Sucess, but it's not help.
Please help me to resolve this problem!

I flashed stock ISC (SPYDERIRD_U.01.6.7.3-94_SPI-328_04.11.01P_0A.74_ASIA_RETAIL_HKTW_CFC_HWp2b_SIGNED.xml) with RSD 5.7. The result was "PASS" but i still have a same problem! =((((
What can i do else? Maybe i can erase all partitions and flash it again?

My phone: XT910
Stock rom: ICS
Safestrap 3.11
2nd rom: AOKP (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2162827)
So then I decided to flash new kernel:

JBX-Kernel-1.0-Hybrid_2013-08-30 was flashed, starting picture was changed to the JBX, but aokp rom stopped to load.
As written in tutorial I have flashed rom and gapps. And everything become fine.
I have tried several times to flash your kernel, but it was the same.
Then I downloaded Edison version of the kernel, and my phone become a brick
i have smth like this:

do anyone have korean Xt910s ICS fastboot, if so please share
Need it really urgent
Ps. as it was on ICS before it had CID4 ( i guess) it became softbrick after cm11 flashing, I flashed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2300717 it flashed CID as well (still i get error with M about CID though) still that rom couldnt boot
Then I followed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=43806194&nocache=1 and recovered my phone
whenever I try to backup my ICS orignal CID I get this error on boot
