Is there any way of completely removing this? It's causing my phone to restart and crash every now and then. I've used the search feature and found nothing about removing it.

Repair the firmware using PC companion or SEUS.
But out of curiosity, how sure are you on this causing your phone to reboot?
before doin or installing anything on ur phone... fellas, make sure u do a backup of ur current rom, just incase if anything goes wrong... u can restore it back..... (take a note ,so that u'll never face a problem like this again)
flash baseband through flash tool then do fresh rom installation in xrecovery
My phone ain't rooted,no bootloader unlocked or anything, everything is stock. I happen to have some problems, where processes like system force closes randomly, music, beats, status bar etc. I tried resetting from the boot menu and it still didn't worked. Can someone tell me how to reflash the original latest HTC Firmware, for this phone? Its prolly country wise,so in-case you need it,my country is India. In the about tab in the settings, software number is 1.17.707.2.

Can't you read English? I already mentioned of me having reset it from the boot menu which is the same thing as the GUI way of doing it.

Hello! i have a samsung gt-s5830i stock with some problems!
when i turn on the phone there are a lot of windows that says that various apps (samsung home, touchwiz...)
have stopped unexpectably. when the homescreen is locked i have no broblem, but when i unlock the phone i can't do anything because of the error windows (also the background of the phone iss black while i see windows, like there is no launcher).
I already tried to full wipe the phone but nothing changed. I didn't try to root, to change rom or doing something, I was paying with the phone when this happened.
Do you ever had this problem? how did you solve it?

Good day.
About a month ago there was a problem - when I click on Settings through the menu or through the notification panel, I get a window with the error "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped". Therefore, I can not get into the settings in any way.
A few hours later, the settings were re-enabled, but then stopped working again.
I tried to get there through the safe mode and to no avail.
I also tried to reset the com.android.settings application data with adb (adb shell pm clear com.android.settings), the data was erased, but the settings still do not work.
Then I decided to make factory reset using Xperia Companion. Everything again began to work, but after a week, the problem reappeared. And I can not turn on Hotspot or configure WiFi
What i should to do?
Did You do something with phone?
Try flashtool.

No, I usually use my device as hotspot, or communicating. Thats all
What about flashtool...I would not want to go to such extreme measures, given that the problem may appear again. And besides, I have a locked bootloader
You can flash stock ftf rom via flashtool without unlocking bootloader or give phone to repair.

Are you on fully stock firmware? Is your bootloader locke?
It can’t be a virus. Viruses would be gone by factory resets. What happens if you click on one of those weird apps? Do you see them in your app list? If so, what is their package name?
