galaxy s2 I9100 wont connect as USB mass storage device. - Galaxy S II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi guys, my galaxy s2 I9100 wont connect as USB mass storage device nor to kies in my laptop. But when i connect it to another laptop, it connects!!.
I am running stock ICS 4.0.3.
guys, few weeks back i had rooted my phone and got jelly bean. and then i flashed back the stock ICS 4.0.3 from samfirmware, thus unrooting it. The phone was working fine. Kies detected it and connected as USB too. But now suddenly it does not connect. I have tried all possible things - hard reset, uninstalling KIES, samsung drivers, installing fresh drivers etc. but no help. The phone still connects as USB on another laptop.
Plz help guys.
Thanks in advance

[Q] Galaxy S2 - Phone->PC Issues

Ok guys, I've searched and found similar topics, but none exactly like mine ( most were solved by turning Debugging Mode off ).
I have a Samsung Galaxy S2 GT-i9100t ( Australian, Vodafone ). I cannot find ANY way to connect my Phone to the PC. When I plug it in, it charges fine, but my PC doesn't recognize it.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Kies and the drivers for the phone. Mass storage mode doesn't work either. Gingerbread version 2.3.3 and it is rooted.
If you need any more info, let me know.
Thankyou for your help in advance! ^_^
Guess nobody can help :/

[Q] Can't connect to Odin!

I have a Galaxy Tab 10.1 (GT-P7500) which is mine little sister's tab (10 years old kid, yeah.. Steal from her ).
Before, the tab runs Android 3.2 and can connect to Kies . File transfer, anything blablabla but after rooting it and upgrade to Android 4.0.4, the tab won't connect to computer and Kies. When I'm plug in to computer, it wont do anything and no connected sound .
I'm google anywhere to find a solution but no one works :silly: . Is there anyway to connect to Kies ? If the tab can connect to Kies, then I can blast the Odin to install CWM.
~Reinstall Kies can't resolve it.

Drivers issue?

Hi guys, i was having some issues lately in connecting my phone with my pc through usb cable.
I have to uninstall and re-install several times my drivers in order to view my phone and sdcard as an storage volume in windows xp.
I went back to stock firmware thinking it has something to do with custom roms, but now that i am back to stock, the problems continue, and the kies keeps all time "searching new device" but is unable to recognise my sgs2 :/
Any ideas of what it could be?
Did you root your device? Are you running a custom rom?
Kies doesn't recognize rooted phones or phone with custom rom

it sounds like the usb-port is damaged. I dunno what phone you have, but USB-ports can be replaced/repaired on some phones - e.g. S2
