[Q] Dual boot possibility? - Samsung Galaxy Player 4.0, 5.0

I was wondering if it's possible to dual boot between a GB ROM and an ICS ROM on the USA 5.0.

Hello,
It is not possible to partition the Galaxy Player devices for multiple Rom installations.
Hope this helps.

[Q] About Custom Roms

I have a MyPhone A888 and it is version 4.0.4. My question is, can I install a custom rom that is 4.1.2? I was planning on installing this (Yonip A888 4.1.2 V5): http://forum.frandroid.com/topic/142780-rom-yonip-a888-412-v5-28042013/, which I found on this list of A888 roms: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=41729090. So can I install it? Or should I stick to 4.0.4 custom roms? Thanks!

You can install any rom of any version you want but it MUST be for your exact device.

Yes. The version doesn't matter. You can be sure to install a ROM for YOUR device (if not you can get a hard-brick and this is not good...).
Remember to do FULL WIPE when you change version.
Any other doubts just tell me

[Q] Problems with flashing my I9300

Hello guys,
my name is Raphnika and I am complete new to this.
I've tried to flash my Samsung S3 with a custom ROM like the Pacman one.(KK 4.4 or something like that).
I was not able to install it on my device so I tried the Android Revolution HD ROM and that worked for me fine.
It seems like I am not able to flash any KK ROMs to my S3. I keep getting a Status 7 Error...
I googled it and tried many solutions but none of them worked. It might be to the fact that I am a complete noob to this.
I hope you guys can help me!
lots of greetings,
Raph

The first thing you need to do is install twrp on your device. See ashyx guide in the development threads. Installing it will wipe your device so make sure to backup first. Once that is installed you can flash custom roms.

Help, black screen after install any custom rom SM-a105M

Yes, Galaxy A10 is compatible with 64Bit ROMs. The One UI skin that comes installed is 64Bit as well, but running in 32Bit mode. You may have soft-bricked your phone, if the phone doesn't boot up after showing the Galaxy A10 logo and bootloader warning.

It depends on how you are installing that custom ROM, you need to previously format data among other steps.
