[Q] Flashtool drivers - Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo, Pro

Hi, i'm in my work and i don't have admin access to intall drivers (fastboot, adb). There is any way i can install them? I want to flash new kernel, but flashtool won't recognize my device, because drivers aren't installed. I have a pendrive, can i install and run from it?

[Q] Installing Recovery ADB Driver

I have installed ADB, MTP, and the Google USB Driver. I'm currently running Android 3.2.1 rooted. I'm attempting to install a custom signed ROM in recovery. I'm getting a Status 7 error which according to the AIO 5.3 --
"-- you haven't installed recovery adb driver - check device manager "
How do I install the recovery drivers in Windows 7?
After the 2nd attempt at flashing the update/upgrade went thru successfully. I'm not sure what the problem was but it seems to have sorted itself out. Thanks to Condi for the great work!

Read THIS post.
Cat,
What is the process of re-installing for Recovery? Is it MTP or the Google Driver that need to be installed again?
Thanks!

Recovery Mode only requires the Android Composite ADB Interface drivers. MTP serves no function while the tablet is in Recovery Mode. For install/reinstall instructions, read BluechipJ's Automated ADB Driver Installer for Sony Tablet S and P post and be sure to watch his video, that's where he describe how to manually install the drivers when they fail to install automatically.

preparation to install JB ROM

hello to everyone
i am new to this forum, and i have some questions about JB ROM for xperia Mini Pro SK17i
my xperia mini pro is rooted, and i also have CWM on it, only thing that i have not done is unlock bootloader, and unlocking is allowed
i want to install this JB ROM on my xperia - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2032900
now my question is, what i need to do, or to be precise, what to wipe in CWM to install this, and do i need to unlock bootloader first to be able to install JB ROM ??
do i need to wipe data, wipe cache, wipe dalvik, or only data ???
i wanted to post in thread for the ROM, but since i am new here, i am not allowed to do so
so if someone is willing to help me, and give me advice what to do i will be gratefuller
i now how to flash kernels and that stuff, but this is my first tryout with custom ROM, and i don't want to mess up my phone
Very easy, but first you need to unlock your bootloader. Use this tool to unlock the bootloader, here. Link for the tool here.
Then:
Flash boot.img (in the zip)
Install Zip (Rom)
Install Gapps
Wipe data (do this first and only once and never do it again)
You can also read my FAQ for JB 4.2.2 here, for clarify some doubts you may have
P.S: Ignores the post by radwan020, he is a little confused.
best rom

First u need to install all the drivers in flashtool/dricers
Then start flashtool, select lightning button, choose fastboot mode, and choose your boot.img file
Connect your fone in fastboot mode (vol up and connect)
It should begin flashing.
If u don't want to go through all that trouble, you can see the kernel flasher in my sig

i can't get the unlock code with the program, but i got it from SE site
after manually entering IMEI and unlock code an clicking unlock bootloader nothing happens and program freezes
i need to try option over SDK and CMD, if that is not working then i will post screenshots for problems i have
Well u could try unlocking it mannually.

is there any way to install drivers properly on win 8 ??
because i am using them, and drivers always fail to install with flashtool 0.9.10.1, few of them only installs, others no
i tried on my gf laptop with win 7, and there drivers install with no problem, but then i have problem with unlocking bootloader with flashtool
in flashtool it says that my bootloader is unlocked, but my configuration says unlocking available, not unlocked
i did not manage to try this method on her laptop because i did not have enough time - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=31376248#post31376248 - but on my laptop, since drivers are not installed properly i am unable to unlock it, when i enter command in CMD to check version of fastboot i am getting waiting for device, and nothing happens
also automated unlocker, SE bootloader unlocker 1.6, also does not work, program freezes when i click unlock bootloader
here are pictures of flashtool and my configuration
Have you installed Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 or higher to run stable , as the OP saying? I use that tool on my w7 64bit without any problem. Have you installed the Flashtool-drivers that is inside the SE Bootloader_Unlocking_Relocking tool?

i will try in a few days when she comes to me
Nope you can easily get it working. Just serach for disabling driver signature enforcement in win 8. Do it and then install drivers.
Also if you are on the go but get access to a pc, you can try kernel flashing tools (see sig) to flash kernels without installing any drivers

You don't need a driver for the z4 itself, only for the computer.
Please describe your procedure to go into flash mode
What flashtool indicate when you connect the tablet ?
