Oh... that does not sound very good.
Have you already tried to fix it like described here => http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1457458?
Give it a try, but if it does not work, your phone may be "hard-bricked".
Then you should try to get a warranty repair/replacement.
Good luck !

Ok, this is far out, but are you using a USB cable connected directly to your computer and not through a hub or a port on your keyboard or something?
Some other guy on this forum had the exact same errors and turns out that was his problem. Connected it directly to his computer and it worked like a charm.

[Q] How to unbrick samsung galaxy s2

Having recently installed a miui rom, i found that my phone has become brocked. I can go to dwonload mode, and I can turn it on but there is only a blank screen. Does anyone know how to unbrick it?
Thanks
go into download mode open up ODIN and flash a stock ROM. Simple as that.
you should buy a jig to get download mode. Did you tried recovery mode ?

to get recovery get into download mode open Odin and flash CF-Root Kernel and then try to get into download mode that way.
I flashed the CF Root Kernel (XW_CLK_KF3), but it failed in Odin

onli flashing pda wont work i thinkk... you may need to repartition
go to http://androidflip.com/android-2-3-4-gingerbread-xxkg3-firmware-update-for-samsung-galaxy-s2/
flash it by repartitioning
download the package in it. it worked for me
Where can I find the stock ROM for a Bell Samsung GS2?

my t-mobile galaxy s2 is dead after ICS upgrade failed
i am noobi. my galaxy s2 went through 2 stages before becoming dead.
1. i tried to flash I9100XXLPQ_I9100OXALPQ_I9100XXLPQ_HOME.tar using odin. it got stuck in connection mode. then failed. when rebooted the phone, i got a message "firmware upgrade encountered an issue".
2. now, odin still sees it. I tried different ROMs then the phone becomes dead. the phone is dead even after pressing the vol up+vol dn or any other key combination.
Now, windows 7 reports driver error when connecting the phone via usb. Linux sees the Qualcom modem, but heimdall failed to detect the phone. Any suggestion beside throwing my phone in trash is appreciated.
If you can't get into download mode (home/power/volume down), only thing you can try before you send it back to Samsung or get it JTAG repaired is a jig, which unfortunately is unlikely to work. Still worth a try tho.

I had the Exact same problem as you this is what you need to do.
1. Take everything out of your phone micro sd ,sim battery
2.Get your Usb Port and connect the first side to your pc but not to the phone
3.Insert Battery
4.Hold the vol down butt and at the same time connect the Other side of the cable into the phone then you will see
DOWNLOAD MODE!!!!!
5.From there install your sock rom again using samfirmware.com
6.Done

Please help!!!!!!!

Reflash following the instructions .

check firmware version and try to download it again. it could be corrupted copy. turn of your phone then put into download mode then try again with the new copy.

Galaxy s2 upgrade encountered an issue

I tried to root my T Mobile Galaxy S2 using Odin method, and now i'm getting nothing but a screen that says "Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in Kies & try again". I would happily follow those directions, but now Kies won't recognize my device?!?!? I also can not get back into download mode. I have no idea what to do. Is there anyone out there that can help?
and why would you flash a t-mobile device with i9100 rom????
obvious mistake
now get a JIG and pray...
@tulip: download mode should work... just press the keys a little longer...
try to flash back your old firmeware + kernel... had the same problem yesterday but it worked. afterwards you can do a cwm back-up

[Q] Galaxy s2 not booting after root...want to restore to original settings

I am new to rooting, today i tried my first root through Odin on my galaxy s2 I9100. I believe I downloaded the correct kernel after I checked it under 'about' on my phone etc, and I downloaded and installed the samsung drivers, as well as kies, however when I connected my phone to Odin after entering download mode, the 'ID:COM' was not yellow as it should be - (without knowing this was wrong) i continued with the root anyway and it eventually finished on 'reset'. Without really knowing what to do I disconnected my phone and tried resetting it, after which Odin displayed 'pass' however now when I try to reboot my phone it just displays the yellow triangle with the exclamation mark and will not boot at all. I can still enter download mode but simply cannot boot my phone.
If anyone knows where I have gone wrong and what I need to do to root my phone properly that would be of great help, if not please could someone suggest how I can completely restore the phone back to its previous settings (as it is not my phone!!!) I am not fussed about the root count or if it still displays the yellow triangle, i just want it to fully boot or even better be rooted.
What kernel did you use?
Do not worry. I have encounter same problem. what I have done is download original update from sammobile and by using odin 1.85 i have install it. so try it.

Samsun Galaxy S3 stuck in ODIN mode and Cannot flash Stock ROMs

S3 stuck in ODIN
OK I've tried everything and read as many threads as I could find. Here's the scenario
- stuck in ODIN mode
- try to get into Recovery mode but it just flashes and goes away and then back into ODIN mode
- KIES sees the phone and I can kick off a firmware upgrade and initialization but I want to try and keep all the data
- I've tried 4 different version of ODIN and stock ROMs from ATT, all FAIL immediately and now the device boots into ODIN mode with Flash Read Failure error
Any ideas?
I didnt understand werry vell but try this if you can enter recover connect your samsung to pc and pull out your files am not shure if you can do this with CWM recovery but you can with twrp then delete everthing (factory reset will keep your files) download offical firmware from sammobile or simmilar and flash it with odin
What was the last thing you did before you got stuck
Edit
I dont know will this make any diffrence but flas other firmware not att
