Help anybody,
I'm On X10 Rooted with Feralab V20 for Lockbootloader.
The problem is this morning there is one grey line in the screen from top tu bottom ,when I boot,open aplication,open everything always appear.
Is It my Screen damage? is there any way to fix this? help everybody

No...I think that not the problem...It's only grey line...that alway appear in boot, recovery, normal screen, application,,,all opened item. is it the screen is damage? can someone fix this?

I was playing a game downloaded from handago.com, when my xda gave warning " too low on storage memory, and very quickly the screen filled up with vertical coloured lines. Now I can't see anythign on screen but those coloured lines. I have tried hard and soft reset but no use. Any help will be appreciated.
I too had this problem. I tried everything. But it seemed to be a hardware problem. In the end I had to send my XDA to o2 who replaced it. Sorry this is not very positive.

Brother If you have any solution let me know, I have shown the device to technicians , but they are not able to rectify the problem, some say it's LCD fault , few says it is a display IC .
For a couple of weeks,my display is acting strange, getting darker and darker. It started with a yellow line in the top right corner, who go bigger and bigger,covering the whole screen now. I found on google other persons with this "yellowish screen" issue, and it seemed to be a faulty lcd. The problem on my phone is that besides the yellowish screen,it has very dark shadows too, making everything almost imposible to use. I also noticed that after i lock the phone, the yellowish blur dissapears for half a second, like nothing happened; also, i can see "remains" of some apps that i used, like a name from my sms conversation,along with the call and attachment button,even if i closed the app, the lock ring,my keyboard,etc. I would appreciate your help,thanks!
P.S some photos attached,sorry for bad quality.
I had the same thing after my phone fall on the floor. Screen replacement will help....

Nope,sorry dude.But if you live in Romania(Like me ),I recommend you to simply buy a new screen from eBay,as it would be more expensive to go to a service center.

I think i will do this, but i am still affraid that my other screen will do that again.

I don't know,but I don't thint it will....Try flashing a Stock Sammy ROM...maybe there was an error with the screen settings...also,what ROM and Kernel are you using?

i am using PAC 22.1 with latest dorimanx, but is not rom related. I have this problem when the phone boots or in recovery mode.

I was running the same ROM for two weeks,so I'm sure that's not a ROM bug...Try to replace screen..contact me when you did it.Either in PM or here in forum.
Ok, but i am not sure if i will buy another screen, I think i will buy the new Sony Xperia Z.
after galaaxy s2 screen got broken when whatsapping the whatsapp image and the keyboard seems to appear still through white images after screen was repaired can somebody help

it wasn't really repaired i bought it and it already had i saw later i searched and it was screen burnin or something like that i think i have to replace the display
Hello , i just noticed there is weird blue mark on my screen ! I don't know how my phone got that mark but i really want it fixed , if you guys could help me that would be great ,and i also left a picture so you guys can see how the mark look like !

Better have it checked by a Samsung service center.

Just checked mine with a completely white wallpaper didn't notice any on mine.

Are you in the right forum do you have I9300 previous posts are for a different phone .
Hi ...I got Xperia X (f5122) few days back & on the second day I noticed a weird light on the screen of my phone .There are two large spots at the bottom where the gaps are.I am attaching pictures here.
This is very frustrating and distractive even in daylight I can see this light coming off screen .Notice the area where the ' Back ' & 'recent ' keys are.
I haven't see this kind of light bleed on my previous Sony devices.This is easily noticeable even i don't look at it & execpt it's on 10 % or lower brightness.
May I request anyone from SONY to confirm this as manfacture defect or some issue with my device as this isn't a standard of a product ?
And anybody elese facing this issue please attach your pictures and do tell whether your Xperia X has it or not?

Are you sure this is bleed? Reminds me a lot of some pressure marks I got on my laptop lcd. And it's definitely a defect it seems like noone else has this issue. Did you in fact ever put excessive pressure on the phone?

Excessive pressure ! Hell no! 1st day I got the device ;it was sealed pack ,set the device through setup guide ,charged it to 100% .and made sure that wifi was working because I need that and one 2nd day in morning I started disabling pre-installed apps and I noticed this.
I had atleast 9 Sony devices before & I don't remember having this issue.

I have already ran the test, I can 100% assure you noone has this problem my screen is fluent no flaws, also from YouTube videos noone has this problem. Very weird. Wait some time maybe someone replies to you with a similar problem, but it's very unlikely

My XX doesn't show this either. I'd return to the shop and get another if I were you.

Can anyone post a picture even if they have not this issue.
please follow this and post a picture .
1) Disable adaptive brightness
2)Set brightness to 100%
3)Dial #*#*7378423#*#* on phone dial
4)Go to ' SERVICE TEST " - DISPLAY -click screen until you get black one and see if there are unusual lights coming out from anywhere .
Post a pic here ,please it would be helpful to me.
DON'T DO THIS ON DEFAULT OR CURRENT BRIGHTNESS WHICH YOU HAVE ; INSTEAD SET IT TO 100%. THEN DO THIS .

Actually no, my only camera is my xperia X. Weird, I know. But there is no need to! I don't have this problem at all I would have noticed Im not blind.. if you want to see how the screen actually looks like search in youtube

BTW I got a replacement unit and same problem same amount exact on same spot.This is really frustrating for me .Atleast it should have less as yours.But no I got same .

By replacement unit you mean new phone or new screen? I own the white/silver version, single sim.

I mean new phone.The reason I required to post you to a picture or video because that's way I can show service centre guy that this is defect with this or this batch & I need a proper one.
Please get a camera and post a picture a video! ( and please do on 100% brightness on black background)

Yes ...it's summer here and temp is nearly 30-34 celcius. I can't get your point though.Please elaborate.
