Looks like Arc(LT15i&a) and Arc S(LT18i&a) got new fw certified on PTCRB, 4.0.2.A.0.69.
Neo didn't got it, but Neo V did, though only MT11a version
Pro also didn't get it.
If we go by the dates of certifying other(older) fw's for those phones, they are on same date, so to be honest I don't expect it for other phones, Neo V(i) or for Neo(a or i)
Again soon coming 100 thread - how to root this and this fw

Hehe
But it would be boring without that
EDIT: This will probably be just few bug fixes, so nothing new. Meaning, root will be same as for .62
I guess
Can any one get this in ftf for us

We are constantly releasing minor patches to specific countries due to various reasons and cannot comment on all releases. This software in particular is specific software for German market due to a legal issue with the name gmail vs. google mail. For major/global releases always check our official channels for more information.

Have you physically gone through the methods to unlock it? (you'd know if you have) if not then its locked as standard

i already went through and unlocked my bootlader
thank you very much
now i can flash kernel
Ok. See some people see it says unlockable and assume it already is by default.
What method are you using to flash the kernel? Talk through it step by step

There's no such thing as a best ROM, it generally depends on user's requirements. So try the ones you think are good & stick with the one you like. Thread closed.
Hello,
I would like to ask if there is any simple way to simunlock Xperia P to all networks.
I want to buy this Phone, but it is lock on one carrier.
Thanks a lot.
You will have to ask your carrier, or pay for an unlock code.

Hi guys around october last year I bought my neo v, after a months use my 3g stopped working, I sent it of to sony for repairs and they replaced the WCDMA chip with is the 3g, the same problem has occured again. So know I have my bootloader unlocked etc I no longer have garranty or warranty, so I will have to get the chip fixed paying, last time it was done under warranty so I dont know the price! Does anyone have any idea how much this is going to cost?, also on the paper they gave me it listed as well as the chip, there was also 4 different type of screws. The phone has a 2 year warranty, if I was to relock bootloader and repair with sony updater would the warranty still be void? The 3g on my phonr has never been brilliant so I think its rubbish chip or something! Please does anyone have any suggestion or aswers? Thanks
Press thanks if I helped!

Just relock bootloader, flash it with fw for same region as you had before, take it to the repair center and play dumb, don't say nothing.
btw. I wouldn't call it rubbish chip as I never heard for that problem, ether you just didn't have luck or you downloaded really big amount of data via 3g

Thanks, I dont think its just a coincidence the chip is gone twice, I use my 3g daily but dont do many downloads just browse etc. As I said before its been repaired before, that repair had a warranty of 3 months because its the same problem will the warranty cover it again?

If you unlocked official than Sony has got the imei of you phone and they can see that your phone has got a unlocked boot loader. So they might say you have to pay for the repair. Just give it a try.
Relock your bootloader and use sus to flash a clean stock rom.
